I love that dive under the path. Not sold on everything else and how it's all squared off, would prefer more flowing paths rather than blocks of rides and gardens. Still not bad though.
I agree with all the points mentioned above. I think you need to be more careful with your foliage: not every square needs shrubs or flowers. Use more bigger trees too!

I'll also echo the foliage being much to cluttered, for a midway you don't necessarily want to over crowed everything, having less foliage here and maybe having it slightly away from the path would help open up the area which right now feels tight and a bit claustrophobic.
First park from scratch after a multi-year hiatus, I'm quite a bit rusty, but finally starting to get into the swing of things and at least back to my old standards.

^I agree. Park seems a little 'gridded' at the moment which isn't particularly pleasant to look at.
