Everything feels too tall, except for the swinging ride which is supposed to be tall but feels short. I like the overall composition, though I think you need some more accent points because despite being colorful, there's not enough contrast for any one thing to stand out.

Holy shit, 2015 is going to be a great year for NCSO. This is looking really great so far - am very excited to see how you do the invert.

EDIT: you could maybe lower the building on the left a unit or two.

Really cool, my only issue is the clump of trees in the middle, they are a bit intrusive for me, other than that its awesome!
