Your landscaping needs work. It's mostly that your landscaping and architecture aren't working together well. It's either landscaping or tight clusters of buildings, but never a healthy, dynamic mix. I suggest you take a look at some of the old masterpieces while taking notes in your mind. Perhaps even copy two or three buildings and continue in that style, this is a great excersise. Lichfield, Disney's Forgotten Kingdoms and perhaps even some of the cleaner areas in Busch Gardens San Simeon are good for this.
Another thing about this landscape in particular is how cowardly that rock pile is. Think bigger, this looks like a pile of shit, literally. And the tree mix isn't working for me. The pines might not fit thematically, but they blend in aeshtetically. The oaks look like sore thumbs. Also, get some brighter green in there...
I think the paths are too wide and plain (also same color as buildings). have cool things going over the streets or vendors or overflowing foliage. make it come alive. look up the central american area at disneysea, that should give you some good inspiration maybe?
A little heavy on the fence objects and the crazy paving footpath but otherwise I like it. Foliage could maybe do with another flower color.

Solid execution, but there's not much going on.

You bring the old days of RCT happiness back to life for me. Thank you.
Yeah it needs a little colour I think or something to break up the heavy amount of beige going on here. Another texture to the path perhaps.
Very nice!
