Long have we wanted a new entrance to our park, and this year it's happening. We demolished the crooked old entrance and built a brand new, much warmer looking entrance. The new entrance with the redesigned plaza was designed by the recently hired prodigy Auda Sherif Feisal, who also did the Kasbah river rapids ride in 1998.

Rear view, with restrooms on the left and a gift shop on the right:
For comparison, these photos show the same situation two years ago:
You may have noticed the little food shack at the back has also been replaced. The new restaurant matches the entrance in style, and has a larger capacity.
The old food shack has found a new spot elsewhere in the park.
Besides the new entrance, we've also redesigned our logo and all merchendising. We want to start the new millenium feeling fresh! Speaking of the new millenium... Some major developments are coming up.
Lovely warm colours throughout, without being too bright or garish. I really appreciate the style of architecture you've maintained through this project, which gives enough to be interesting and varied, but not overly detailed that I makes the areas look "heavy".
Love the new entrance, just looks so much more modern and well-formed in comparison. Am hoping that the carpark gets completely tarmac-ed though, because the red dirt at the moment looks a little out of place as if it's unfinished. The entrance fountain with the park sign is immaculate, so great!
Is there anything that can be done about that rogue loop support in the second-last picture? It looks like the end of the support is extended out really oddly, and this usually happens because of an object on the tile before [looks to be a 1/4tile bush]. Minor detail, but does look really weird when noticed. Also, those off-centre cars are killing me haha.
Thanks guys. I've really been struggling with the entrance for quite a while now, but a few days ago all the pieces fell into place and I built this in two hours, without any planning or images. I'm amazed at the results myself!
][22: I don't have plans for the logo, or any stuff in the park for that matter. I felt it was time to modernise; the old logo was crappy but in my opinion fit the 80's and 90's aesthetic well enough, but it has had its time... I'm not entirely happy with the new logo, because I suck at logos. If you can come up with something better that involves fountains or rising water, I'd be happy to use it. There's still 16/17/18 years of history to write. Surely another logo change is reasonable.
Stoksy, i don't know what happened to the loop support. I'll take a look, thanks for noticing.

Really cool! This is the best update yet. It shows that you can make incredibly cool and detailed buildings with an old bench! Bravo!

I'm a big fan of that new entrance. It's also nice to see someone build a "bullet" style coaster without having it look like crap. Bravo.
