I love the buildings but I'm not sure about those stacked rocks. It seems a little overwhelming and a bit too uniform. Maybe If you rotate them as you stack them they'll look more jagged and more realistic.
The architecture is breathtakingly gorgeous, but as others have said, the rocks need some modification.
I think what would help is to let the big objects be the tall wall-like segment - don't make the little rocks compete with them. Use the 1k rocks to fill in the space at the bases of the larger objects to make that look more craggy and natural (on the neighboring path tiles and landscaping), so you have more detailed stuff in smaller quantities at the bottom where it's less visually cluttered, and the larger, simpler objects towering over them. That should be a good balance.
i think the tan building's story scalng is off (like, 5 units to 7 to 4 is off-putting) and rock is done in an annoying way, but textures and general compo are real nice i gotta say
Yeah, uhm rockwork is clearly a weakness for you I think. Plopsa Brittanica and now this. I'd certainly take Ling's suggestion into consideration.
I think that the primary problem is context. The rocks here seemingly have no relation with any of the surroundings, you've got this frankly gorgeous french(?) building collection which from the seating area suddenly goes into steep grey cliffs? It just doesn't make much sense in my opinion. I'd personally completely scrap the rockwork and replace it with foliage or maybe even some more buildings.
It's French-Mediterrean, which has gorgeous landscapes which are a bit mountainesque. But yeah, it isn't executed good, I'll take any suggestions and tips.
Replacing them with buildings doesn't seem like a good idea, because it doesn't fit the theme in my eyes. I need landscaping over there to create a French-Mediterrean atmosphere.
Use the LOTR rocks for the main mass, and the 1k ones as detailing/blending features, to make more natural shapes and curves. Don't just mass them up in one spot for variation.
Specially for Christmas, I wanted to show that FUCK hasn't died and I'm still working on it. Progess being very slow atm, so forgive the unfinishedness.

The rocks look a little bit weird to me, but the buildings look great.

It's just landscaping?! Besides, south of France isn't all flat.

true!
i'd make the rocks with Brown Dirt 1/4 BB...
Besides, south of France isn't grey rocks and no bushes
I'd go for brown and add some scrubs and flowers...

I agree, the rocks look so out of place here. I would try to add large hills accompanied by valleys if you want to try and make it less flat.
