The rapids ride we announced last year was supposed to have a German theme... But the foreign construction workers made some alterations to the design. Instead of cute timber-framed houses, we now have an actual Moroccan Kasbah! We're actually delighted by the results, and we offered one of the responsible construction workers a job. We're happy to announce that Auda Sherif Feisal is now part of our design team!
In many Islamic cultures, Kasbah means citadel.

very cool rapids. love the setting and atmosphere! I think there is a little too much of the dark brown small blocks, but its alright.
The atmosphere is wonderful.
In truth, I just can't get behind this style though. I mean, simple detailing would improve a lot of these screens. I get that's not what your going for, its just not my cup of tea.

That rapids ride is easily my favorite part of the park so far. I love the atmosphere you've created here.
Rapids look very good, but nothing can beat your green/blue-ish coaster!

Thirteen: what would you suggest for the rapids track? Artificial edges are a must in my opinion.
