The brown umbrellas are a bit odd, and the random path strips seem strange too.

It seems like you fall back to the same objects, forms, and patterns a lot. It's different than what most other build, which makes it interesting. However, I think your work could be a lot better with some more variation, maybe taking a bit of inspiration from other NE builders, but mainly taking inspiration from real architecture.

The black roof building is definitely my favourite of them, with some nice detailing and a believable design. I do think that the brighter colours you've added to the other buildings are to garish though. Perhaps if you tried subtle shades of the green, rusty oranges etc. then they would compliment the area a bit more, rather than jut out as being added just for the sake of colour. The landscaping behind the buildings is rather unusual too. Are the red patches representing lava, like a close to the surface stream or volcano?

itm - The pathway wasn't really complete yet, it was more focus on the buildings. Still working on my buildings, I'm always learning and trying to progress, which I think I'm doing alright.

Choco - I might try adjusting the colors a bit. As for the landscape, that's still WIP. I like the look of it, something a bit different, just not sure what direction I'm going with it yet.

Way too much brown. And you can't just have poo-brown with bright pink and lime green, you need to make those colors belong.

Path blocks might look a little nicer here instead of a massive expanse of the boardwalk path - unless you're doing a boardwalk I would suggest not having it in a large expanse. Especially in this case where the brown of the path blends in with the brown of the buildings.

Brown umbrellas = bad idea. Umbrellas are the perfect way to integrate colour into an otherwise monotonous area; make use of them and go wild. The black roofed building is clearly the best although again you've used brown for awning colours - it's an awning it should contrast NOT blend in.

I do like the path cover by the pink and light brown building; has an old-school vibe to it, as does a number of things that you build which is nice. Just keep in mind that while brown is a solid failsafe touches of colour make something interesting.
