The colors are nice and the thought put into the drop-off area and balconies is clear, but this is a big square building surrounded by parking lot. Its hard to be excited about that.

Good point, I'll add some planters around the area. Maybe that will lighten up the tarmac a little bit. (or you know something of that nature. Maybe some brick path or something.
From all your screens it looks like you build with full tiles a lot.Your buildings are usually big and squarey. Now look at this screen. It's very repetitive. The roof is very undetailed. It's just a giant purple slab, not very exciting to look at. So is the tented roof over the dropoff road. Just the same tent roof over and over again. And yet again you did the same thing with the walls. The same fulltile balconies and windows repeated all over the place. It's not very good.
I suggest you not to spread detail over the entire thing mildly but to cram into a smaller building with more 1x4 objects, and see how that turns out.
Your colour choices really add a brightness and fresh tropical feeling to the area, befitting of the name Bayside, so well done on that. However, I echo what's been said about the squareness of the building. I think the canopy works fine as it is, but the building needs some variation, in both floor shape and height. Perhaps shaving off the corners and replacing them with statues, pillars or trees would shake it up a bit. And any addition to the roof would improve that too I feel, such as sky lights, an additional storey in the centre, sloped roofing etc.

It needs more shape. Not a big fan of the big purple roof. And I would add more grass and flowers around the building to separate it from the road.
