I actually really like the foliage and rockwork and how they work together too.
The buildings really need some work though. They don't feel theme park-y at all, nothing's open and inviting, there's no indicator as to what they're for, and they don't seem to have any kind of theme or cohesive elements. I think you should scale them up a little, and try to make them more inviting. Look at some other main streets if you need a bit of inspiration.
Additionally, I don't like how the supports seem to just sit on the path in a couple places. Try to do something to separate them.
I agree with the rest, add some purpose to the buildings (a restaurant or something) and add some depth to them. The rest of the screen is really good .

That lower section is amazing though, I love it.

I don't think you need depth... You need height! Your floors are too low.
The underground train is indeed awesome, but I also love the foliage.
