atmosphere is the bee knees, love the forms and the whole package. Some of the foliage, walls textures, and path choices are a bit chaotic though, could do with a bit more uniformity to the theme.
I love this. The only things I might change are the bunny hop between the helix and the cobra roll as it doesn't seem very B&M like to put a bunny hop on an invert... especially that early in the layout and I don't totally get the pink slanted roof on the brick building with the 2 levels of oriental sign facade... it looks so random.
Excellent atmosphere though, this is really making me wish I could run Loopy Landscapes.
Without the pagodas I wouldn't know it's an oriental theme. A few more details on the architecture could help. I think the path threw me off as well, it's an unusual choice.
Interesting style you've got here. The buildings seem to be creating a wall around the edge, making the garden area like the centre of a courtyard, which I like the idea of. In terms of getting the Asian vibe, I think it has been done, but not the stereotypical Asian; more like the under-publicised housing community side. Either way, some good stuff here. Just make sure some of the walls of the buildings don't become too bland.

Very unorganized, but I like your approach to LL.
I think you can do more to define the theme add more cohesion. You need some asian motifs.
