Use 8cars and turn off maximum ride heights so you don't have to do land elevations like that! I think it looks too tall though anyways. Make sure with your previous zac-spin ish ride that you blend the foliage, not just suddently ending it. I like your actual posted screen here a lot, minus the little gold statues.
If you want a large ride of this type then look at this
holy shit thats the ride I was looking for! I knew it had some kind of vertical start. basing this on intimidator so should look better with the large supports. the second lift hill might need adjusting
It usually has more to do with the 8 cars version you're using than Windows 7 but it's hard to tell. Just try doing the same thing in multiple versions... one will probably work. I have to do that quite often on Windows 7.
If that doesn't work then Louis is right on though, and even if it does his solution may be simpler.

The open yellow trash bin looks dope. The other ones' roofs are too steep (steap?)

Can someone explain to me why the car and the pole aren't aligned every time someone tries to make a ride like this?

the car moves, the pole doesnt.

I think you have to take height off of it. Just too tall for my liking. Your wacky style unique.

My only suggestion would be to send it to someone who isn't running Win7.
