Really good view of the coaster from the car park. I think you may want to extend the sparsity of the foliage maybe one more tile [with the very sparse grass object], but other than that I like. Lovely wooden curve on that building by the way, works surprisingly well.
Technically this is great but it does seem like it needs a tiny bit of dimension as it's pretty flat. Hopefully some light towers will provide that.
I like that you took the time to add in the exact type of parking lot that would fit this park. Having the beach there and the pay per ride attractions would lend itself perfectly to the type of automated lot you have here where you get a ticket on the way in and are charged per hour on the way out. It's great to see that level of thought and detail.
Adjustments to a few of the things that needed it, like the fencing and foliage, and I added some lights and a picnic blanket that you can barely see through the trees if you look in the right spot.
Things still to change: the white fence, the upper right corner
I have a question though, it looks to me based on the booth that the gates on the lower right are the exit... right? Based on the location of the black car it looks like both lanes on the road are headed in the same direction into the parking area, so the way the roads are set up there are really akward.
I guess it could be possible that you'd need to pass the exit gates and then the road becomes one way and you use both lanes but that's really strange. It might look better with more context though since the image is cropped right there... if it does then ignore me.
Boardwalk parking, with a bit of the Cyclone and the Rotary Bandshell. The bandshell is a staple landmark in the public park adjoining the beach, and the Cyclone towering above the lot invites guests to enjoy its thrills.

Are you planning on adding any light fixtures to the lot?

Great to see that you're still working on this!

You also get free parking if you buy an aquarium ticket.

I really like this. Agreed on the addition of lights, those are surely needed. The giant sign looks great, nice touch.

It looks so much better now. Great job.

My only issue is that the park looks lovely and picturesque. Something that most Boardwalk/Seafront parks aren't lol
