Hey guys, looking for comments on how the foliage looks mostly. I've never been very good at it and haven't build in a while so I'm not to happy with it.
Note that the blacked out area to the top right will be built up, just not ready to show it. The bottom left will be the maps edge.
layout looks pretty good, i would say the railroad is maybe a bit too close to the track though, might consider putting the rails a unit lower than they currently are.
as for the foliage, you should try out the custom trees by liam, i think they could look really well here
With such a large coaster, I think larger trees would go better. Also a bit more clumpy with the brush and you have a winner.
foliage is sub par here, doesn't look natural in any way imo depending on what you wanted here but it isn't executed as it should... can't judge the layout without looking at the duels, those'll make it good or bad...

I agree with BG on the foliage though.
In original colours. This shit always works. For more character and variation you could add another tree to the mix in certain places. I recommend:
Like have one area that also has birches, and another area where you can find another type of pine, and so on.
But whatever you do, get rid of that golden tree and find some trees that actually match each other and the surroundings and the concept.
I'm such a sucker for bridges. that one is sweet, but a little too small in scale to the coaster, isnt it?
