I'd say make the walls a little more interesting, like have some parts look like they have some stones missing and such...
Looks good, but add deco or some other block/wall around the grass to ease the transition. Looks too harsh between it and the brick right now. And finish lining the tops of that corner building.
The path bricks facing opposite ways seemingly randomly is really irritating me haha.
Other than that, it looks pretty basic, but it's nice. Nothing amazing, but solid work. I like the awning on the Bonds building. Simple but I really like the use of the deco stick thing on the edge of the planks.

Instead of the half catwalk planks you've used for the crossing over the road, use Kumba's half a quarter roof texture. It's used in Thorpe and looks loads better due to being a completely flat surface.
And use the planks on the back side of that fire escape.
I love the fire escape. Very nice.
