  Reminds me a bit of how I used to build; big roofs and quarter-tile blocks for the building. I personally don't mind this, yes it's not very detailed but it's certainly not bad. Generally the facade is the most important part of the building, this building style doesn't really allow for that because you set out the entire building and therefore rely more heavily on texture [which there is unfortunately very little at the moment]. Use some bricks/textured blocks.

   

  The playground is quite cool. Just a nit-pick; I don't think that ladder on the roof would work.

  My only complaint is that the "Diner" and "First Aid" signs would be hard to see from the path.
