Oh how I wish you'd build something proper instead of this art stuff. The details and composure of each little bit is really nice, but it makes no sense to me and I just don't really understand it meaning I'm struggling to find a reason to give this any more than 60%...
I get that you're trying to challenge the viewer with what's considered "unacceptable" in RCT (raised land blocks, floating scenery, etc) but in a lot of spots it just looks like a normal unfinished park. Artists like Dali and Picasso had a distinct style and sense of direction, even if it seemed chaotic and random at times. If you refine your style and stick to a few ideas (for example the block structures in the lower half of the bottom screen which I really like), I think you would be on to something. Also,I think a Colorflood-esque collab between you and FK would be pretty interesting.

Is this screenshot making a political stand?

I think he's trying to make RCT "art". So it's interesting to look at but I'm struggling to like it.
