Description
Second and third place entries were a much tougher competition then first. I ended up going with Butterfinger's "Comstock Dash", for various reasons, most notably the length and size of the ride, just making it more of the same quality. This marks Butterfinger's second straight 2nd place entry, after "Anaconda: Escape From Amazonia" fell short of x-sector's "Evolution" in the Blockbuster Challenge a few months ago. This time, Butter's entry takes a much different approach, as Comstock Dash takes riders on a journey of various landmarks across the United States, with various mishaps at different ones. Hop aboard either the Diamond or Gold mine-route, each with virtually the same course. The ride leaves from the very nice western town it starts in, and The Alamo is the first major landmark you see. That marks just the first of many, as the Rocky Mountains, Ole' Faithful, Grand Canyon, Rio Grande, Mount St. Helens, Pike's Peak, and Sante Fe are all available through various parts of the ride's layout (Note: Some of the landmarks must be seen aboard the Trans-Continental Railway instead). Great job Butter, maybe next time you'll get over that 2nd place hump.

Makes me wish I found it a lot sooner

70%? Okay, I guess now, but you have no idea how ground breaking this was at the time. It was the first coaster to be customized with objects and some of them are still used often today.
This is one of my all-time favorite coasters, I love it!

This thing was robbed. Liam, a 65?! And a 60?! I would've given this thing AT LEAST an 80. Revolutionary and still holds up. Wake up, panelists.
