I totally understand them. Most people like detail and if you want people to like your park you should use another concept...
If I make a 256x256 recreation of space between the earth's atmosphere and the moon, it would totally consist of blacktiles and you couldn't deny it would be a 100% perfect recreation. Still I wouldn't expect any votes. While perfectly realistic and such, it would be (in this example extremely) boring.

I liked the idea of a southpark themed park. expecially since im a big fan of the serie. I like the big gay al boat ride, the cartman hat, the stan puke device coaster, the school, city wok, the terrence and philip 4d theater, the south park themed games next to the paths and ofcourse mecha barbara streisand. But if you make a park themed after a tv serie. I expect everything to have a meaning. But there were so many buildings with just nothing in it, or which have nothing to do with Southpark.
btw how the hell could you forget TIMMEH?Or did i miss him
the Testament.
I'm not a religious person and i dont know that much things in the bible. But you guys made so much things i knew. Recognising those known things was great. I liked the creation, the snake, the arch of Noah, the holy grail, the tower of babylon. The names of all the workers, the 10 plagues, the christmas star. But it was very crowded. you guys just had too many ideas for a map of this size. I also didnt like the father and son coaster. I mean it looked good. But it didnt had so much to do with the theme. It wasnt recogniseable. And that is what i like. if you look at the splash, you immediatly see that it is the arch of Noah.
It was a very good park. good details, good ideas, good execution.
so this one got my vote

Firstly I really didn’t like the look of the buildings, so I didn't like the park at first. When I realised the cartoon approach you went for it came apparent why you did this and it helped me concentrate more on the other ideas you executed really well.
I actually didn’t mind that I had to read the signs to see what ideas you’re produced. Yet some were clear others weren't but that’s expected. I actually looked forward to reading the next building to imagine what was in there.
Terrance and Phillip was good yet the inside of the building didn't do much for me. After that I didn't like the coasters but I understood the theme behind them and liked the idea of them. IMO I don't think anyone could pull off a southpark coaster to an amazing standard, so you did well to get your ideas across.
Nice park. From the overview it didn't impress me but when I opened it, it had the vibrant life, comical ideas and atmosphere I was looking for. Overall Nothing amazing but I think it's a real good attempt and IMO it’s more memorable than the standard realism we see today.

Wow. I for one am glad it’s busy and I'm also glad it’s built by one of my favourite builders. The busy details make you look harder at a park and I don't think I've ever not looked at your work for a massive amount of time. I know I have to do this so I can take in everything you’ve built because I know the amount of depth you go into with your ideas.
First the entrance. Nice custom path and the trinity shrine and halos really gave a nice feeling; I don't think I've seen in rarely any other parks. I then viewed the coaster and I didn't warm to it as much as I thought I would of but it was nice the way it moved around most of the landscape of the park.
I then moved onto the garden area of the park and I fell in love with creation. Just simple ideas added to make a real memorable ride. These rides are what you do best. Serpent was real nice and I'd love to ride it with the foliage above me when I'm swooping round a corner or two. The flood as well was another awesome ride that topped off such a nice area, the custom rainbow and ark with the animal sticking out was awesome.
After that the best ride in the park. The Disc-O (10 something? sorry.) was amazingly themed with the walkway through the sea. Amazing, epic, incredible.
I liked the other ideas you had with this park. Bethlehem and Jerusalem were cool and some of the archy dotted around the area was very good.
The modern day apocalypse area with the four horsemen ride was very well done and I loved the whole look of the area.
Your parks always overwhelm me so much with ideas bursting out here and there that I actually go back in case I miss things lol. Anyway I'll be sure to tell you if there’s anything more I notice.
-----------
Vote obviously goes to the best park of the season so far - Testament.

Ahwell, guess I'm more a fan of realism than fantasy..
Oh, and AP, it's more of a themepark using South Park as a theme rather than a recreation of the episodes.. Off course, the mecha Streisand and terrence and phillip structures are like the real thing but the buildings are more of a free interpretation I think..
I actually think the episodes that are used (you can't use them all) are well handled in the park (especially Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride)..

First of all, I had initially labelled it as a 'fantasy park'. Whilst it is definitely grounded in 'fantasy', I could actually see this kind of park existing in reality. Ok, some of the coasters are unrealistic, but I could see the 'theme park experience' in there. It felt like a proper park. Whereas something like Heaven and Hell didn't work for me at all in that respect. So I think you've done something pretty amazing to pitch this park almost directly in between 'fantasy' and 'realism'.
I've always said RCT is about the rides. Theming/archy can then help the cause, and it's necessary to build the whole thing up into a proper theme park. I wasn't so sure about the coasters in Testament - none grabbed me like something such as the woodie in Park Asterix. That said, I really loved the 3 different train styles on the Trinity Ride. Very clever. Coasters aside, the rides were just so good. Particular highlights for me were the 10 Plagues, the Noah's Ark ride and the Creation indoor ride. Very VERY nice, and I could just see that Creation ride existing in reality. We've seen the StarFlyer done before, but nonetheless, this one looked amazing. My favourite though was Calming The Storm. A Madhouse!! LOVED it. I personally haven't seen that done before, but whoa, that seriously impressed me.
The park was a little crowded and over-packed. Some areas worked incredibly and others not as much. I think you could have been a bit more selective - there's that big empty building in the corner, and I don't think the Subway section fitted in with the rest of the park. (I so didn't get that... I'll say it again - including a read-me with your park would do wonders for people trying to 'understand' the park's concept.) By being more selective, you could have 'freed up' space and thus made the park less crowded. But overall, there were so many cool and clever details. I also liked how you built a Bible-themed park, but it was 'mainstream' enough not to alienate anyone - you only took the famous stories and made them into attractions... Noah's Ark, Genesis etc etc.
South Park on the other hand could alienate voters - if you didn't 'get' South Park, you might not like this park AT ALL. I happen to love SP, and in general, I liked this park, but there are a number of things which could have been better. Testament took a concept and executed it near-perfectly... comparatively, this concept isn't taken near as far as it could. The general cartoony archy was just about right, and I got all the little in-references - Casa Bonita, MechaStreisand etc etc. But with too many of them - Casa Bonita being an example - you just built a building and put a sign on it, saying it's 'Casa Bonita'. The Chef restaurant is a prime example of this. Sure, build a Chef restaurant, but this one takes up loads of space, and doesn't even look visually impressive or specific to a 'Chef' cafeteria. A smaller restaurant would have freed up space for another PROPER South Park themed attraction/ride.
I quite liked the Kenny death coaster... Terrance and Philip was wicked. Stan coaster ok. Mr Hankey tower was cool. But there just needed to be more. There's a lot of stuff in South Park which you didn't touch on. Just looking at Series 1: Aliens, volcano, zombies, Jesus vs Satan, Death. I think you got the cartoony archy right, for the most part, but there was no feeling of the South Park 'mountain town' - no snow anywhere! Basically, there was a long way to go with the South Park concept, but - probably for time-related reasons - you often just put in a building, and called it something related to South Park, rather than go all out and make a proper, fully-themed South Park attraction. Compare with the 'Creation' ride in The Testament.
So ... all in all, I voted for Testament. Whilst neither really had any stand-out coasters, I really enjoyed both parks - both had a number of cool elements and ideas, and decent concepts. But the execution of Testament's concept was so much better, more clever, and more detailed... and its rides were far superior. Loved it.

It seems as though people label things fantasy when the park is actually more appealing and better looking than parks in real life.
or maybe I'm just confused.

Also those clouds under the path at the entrance are not realistic imo..
It doesn't make the park less interesting, but imo it's a fantasy park with a few realistic touches (such as the creation)..

I think it's the other way around. A realistic park with a few fantasy touches. Same for South Park. The coasters are unrealistic, the supports are too in some places.
Both parks are equally realistic.

Being a Christian myself, I understood everything goin' on in the park like the crosses, Tower of Babel, Ark, and all that. That being said, I think this is by far the park of the year so far, like J K said.
