Description
Liampie: "My first park in H2H5. I was the one to first build on the map, but I didn't know much about RRP's current style so I was very unsure about virtually everything... When he first built though, I started to make some progress. Sadly not enough progress, because we didn't finish before the deadline due to hacks not working and me struggling with the chaotic park layout and style. The last night I built until 5 AM, when suddenly a land tower appeared. When I couldn't fix it, I just stopped and submitted it. It wasn't going to be finished anyway... Eventually the park was 80% finished, and it won over the Minutemen's park which was pretty good too.
It was an honour to build with RRP, just a shame that I didn't really know what to do. Nowadays I would've done this totally different. I'm still proud of this though. The atmosphere is great." - 3 fans Fans of this park

The idea of building Rapture crossed my mind of few times, but the way Minutemen did it here was pretty ugly (sorry guys).. It's just all big boxes and has no atmosphere at all, one thing Rapture boozes off.. In the game of Bioshock you really have this scary feel all over the place.. You feel like you're in a town deep in the ocean from 50 years ago or something, where time stood still and now these horrible creatures run around and have ruined the place.. This was far and far away about how Rapture is portrayed in the game unfortunately..
The coasters can't make up for that and are not really viewable without a decent look as they are put away in those buildings..
What was up with those too high pitched sound files btw?!
On the other hand the German's park looked fun, had a nice atmosphere, great coaster, nice architecture, detailed and had a lot of fun ideas to check out.. (Pity about that raised land error and unfinishedness though)
Easy vote and should be a blow-out..

I think we have another Pueblo here where it may look like it's unfinished, but it really is (at least, that's what I'm guessing).
Off looks alone though, I'm leaning towards the Germans so far. Will have a look here in-game shortly.

I like Rapture more regardless, obviously had more effort but into it, and it had a nice atmosphere (can't say I've played Bioshock though, so I'm not sure if it's accurate).

I haven't played Bioshock, which is perhaps a handicap to my enjoyment of that park. The architecture was quite nice, although I felt like the coasters were very formulaic of a traditional layout or attempt at one and not something that reflected the built environment around them. It was interesting to look through, but not as engaging as the waterpark.
Vote to Germans.

I did like the tower where in the game you are transported to Rapture, nice execution.. Also did enjoy those hallways, you enter them quite a few times when playing Bioshock..
Some details on the buildings are also nice.. Also like the fact that it's finished..
That's enough?

But please Flying Germans, I didn't forgive you for and unfinished park here but if your park is gonna be unfinished the next time and if it's gonna be just a tiny bit worse I will probably have to vote for the other team.
I'll give you detailed reviews in a bit and I'll tell you my final decision.

I didn't vote for the Germans the first time around (although I loved the park so much but this deserves my vote). It's near to completion and it grabs me so much.
I'm going to check out the parks again before I vote as Rapture too is really really good; some of the forms of the architecture on top are incredible. I'm not as keen on so many hidden rides but I know that was crucial for your theme.
Going to check them out again tomorrow but this is the best matchup so far. (As I can vote Finally!)

Top left is unfinished, so is the top center, by the large tank of water that serves no purpose.

you should use RCTM then thats not a problem

The park has the level of detail where you can imagine the finished product. They shouldn't be criticised for not finishing this masterpiece. If you want to not vote for the other park because a few buildings are unfinished be my guest. In my opinion as long as the park is near completion and holds a great level of quality it deserves my vote.

Rapture:
I suspect I'm not in the minority by admitting that I'm not familiar with BioShock. Either way, I don't think it makes much of a difference. I thought cp6's project firefly was really great, and I had no background knowledge of that either. This one, though, fell flat for me. From the overview, it looked pretty interesting, but in-game, it was all so boring. I could appreciate the skill that went into a lot of the bigger structures, but I felt like they really didn't serve much of a purpose other than to hide coasters. The coasters, to me, weren't that great either. Houdini had custom supports and game supports coming out of the same track segments, and not to mention some really awkward transitions. I also didn't like how the log flume had the same supporting as the coaster next to it. Almost made supporting the log flume look like an afterthought. The large tower-like structure in the back right corner of the map was especialy interesting. As a matter of fact, most of the architecture was really interesting. It's too bad that's about all that was holding my attention. And a question: was the custom music the same used in Daves PT entry, or do I just need to replace those files with new files? I found it kind of funny listening to Mexican music while watching the park...didn't really fit in lol.

This was really pretty incredible. Unfinished? Slightly. But it didn't really hold back the viewing experience at all like another Flying Germans park I know of . I did like how all the water slides were operational, but somehow I felt like some potential realistic touches were sacraficed. But whatever, I can't be too picky about that. You got the damn slides to work so that's impressive enough. Surfing USA was hands down the best thing you could have done with this park. I literally watched that thing for ten minutes. It felt so real. I love how it plowed through the station twice, swooped over the highway, and then even made a close encounter with the lazy river. Just blew me away. The colors were great, the textures used around the ride were great, and all the rock caves and everything really added to the atmosphere. It wasn't until I saw the water tower structure on the station that my jaw really hit the floor. Everything just seemed so well thought out. It would of been cool if you had added some water cannons or something in there too, for some peep interaction. Even so, I thought this was the single best part of any park so far this season. I could seriously imagine myself driving down the highway passing under that pretzel turn. Great job with that. The rest of the park was just about up to the same standard as the flyer, I think. Loved the entrance, as well as the half-pipe slide. Shame about the quake there in the back. I also really enjoyed how the whole park had sort of a Schlitterbahn vibe to it, while actually really reminding me of my local waterpark, Camel Beach. Another thing I found interesting was the Power Park looping slide. Not many people even know that thing existed. Really cool to see it in this park. Again, I can't really say enough about this park. Fantastic job.
Good luck to both teams!

i've only played the demo, so i don't know the game well, but i was thoroughly impressed. the coasters were fun to watch, and it had a nice underwater atmosphere. shame there was no water-version. it didn't have quite the eerie atmosphere in the game, but i liked it nonetheless. i especially liked the spacement big daddies and the crashed plane/entry into Rapture. neat park.
Flying Germans -
a couple things irked me. i hate unfinished parks, and even though last time you had an honest excuse this time i'm penalizing you a little bit. it was finished for the most part though so that penalty won't be very large. secondly its annoying to read "please vote for the Flying Germans" in every ReadMe. yeah i kinda get that you want us to vote for you, k?
on to the park. i don't have RCTModified, so i didn't view the park the way it was meant, but i still got a good idea of the park. there were a few things i didn't like. the fake water was annoying, as well as the random unfinished buildings. the looping slide was weird as well. however the moving cars and peepability were amazingly well done. it was great to see the lazy river, the bowl slides, the master blaster, and several other slides. the coaster had a nice layout and the architecture and atmosphere were great too.
i'm a sucker for water parks, so even though i noticed it was a lot more unfinished than i thought and i am very disappointed, i'm going to let it slide once more. if you guys pull this shit again though i won't be able to bring myself to vote for you.
EDIT: oh and RRP, i was talking about the ones in the screenshot. having RCTModified makes no difference to that.
