Cool little thing. Very enjoyable. This shows off some good NCSO landscaping skills. The indoor sections were a nice addition to add some fun to it. I would really love to see a full scale with this NCSO style coming from DKMP one day.

The indoor sections were indeed nice, well designed. Execution about as good as you can expect from ncso. In general I think this piece shows some good skill and some good ideas, and the landscaping works more than it should according to my anti-rock spam bias. Good job. The architecture sadly was forgettable, and the coaster anticlimactic. Would love to see a full park of this quality though!

Carried my comment over from DKMP:

Wow. Never thought I'd say Splooge Mountain is amazing lol
Really well done.. amazing amount of details and interaction. Really feels like Splash Mountain's cousin. The station for each ride is well done. Great to see this sort of stuff.. even if it's not Disney, some greatly themed ncso realism is always something I'm a fan of.

Thanks! If you've been splashed on Splash Mountain, you've been splooged on Splooge Mountain haha

very nice. I actually like the egyptian ruins landscaping, I usually find that sort of thing a bit overwhelming and not well executed but its pleasing here. the map is pretty nice, with two good tracked rides on it. the archy is a bit plain/ classic, but overall the park is lovely. I especially like the path layout with the fences.

Thanks for the comments, some fair points all around. Most of my time was spent rotating volcano pieces and trying to make the egyptian ruins not look too repetitive, and it's nice to read i did well enough to overcome some people's aversion to it.

As others have mentioned, you've managed to pull off high-object use NCSO landscaping fairly well without too much repetition, so well done on that. I think the bushes and the trees help out a lot, as well as having rides incorporated into the landscape rather than just above or around it.

The architecture gives me a Knott's vibe, and I appreciate the technique you used for diagonal fences. It actually works better than I would have expected it to. The whole thing feels very Knott's in presentation, actually.

Like a lot of these "mini-parks" we've been seeing, it's a solid combination of rides, but I always struggle to equate it to Design. Both the coaster and the flume are well designed but the focus doesn't seem to be on either of them. Like Liam mentioned, I think a full park in this style would be fantastic.

now this is just excellent. My biggest gripe with these parks is the restrictive size. I understand the contest format. But I'd love to see this on a map that isn't so tiny and limiting.

Splooge Mountain is the original inspiration to Disney's Splash Mountain. The imagineers at Disney felt it would be more appropriate to rename their eventual remake of Splooge Mountain to a family friendly title. If you've been on Splash Mountain, you've ridden Splooge. If you've been splashed by Splash Mountain, you've been splooged on as well.

The park also features a family launch coaster Big Blunder Mountain Railroad that interacts with Splooge and the rest of the park, enjoy the dark ride portion as we left a cutaway view to the interior.
