Description
Welcome to Centurion 225. This was a originally a test bed for my new Falcons Fury style drop tower but once I was done getting that to work (It was not easy) I decided turn it into a design to show it off a bit better than just releasing it as is.
I'm more well known for my weird fantasy style parks than realism so I decided to do something a bit different this time (Don't worry Posix something super weird is on its way soon). I needed to learn to support big rides properly so building a massive Mack hyper coaster seemed a good way to do that.
The ride is loosely based on Macks DC Rivals in Australia and is a vague representation of what a larger version might be like in America.
And while I'm well aware its not perfect it has been an excellent learning experience broading some of my RCT skills so a worthwhile activity i reckon. - No fans of this park

Hey, nice to see a new Roomie release. The custom rides were fantastic; the four way drop tower facing down is a brilliant idea and really made me want to delve into the mechanics. I think you've use the multi-dimension cars for this sort of thing in the past, so it's wonderful to see you continuing to realise the well of untapped potential it has for more custom rides.
The main coaster had a nice layout, using the large steep-to-flat pieces for the non-inverting loop makes it looks a bit better proportioned than otherwise, but only in two directions I feel. I quite liked the overall look, it's cool to see an LL stalwart like yourself dip their toe into cso realism and it's not badly done here by any means, with some of the standard tropes like the backstage warehouses.
There's a few buildings that look a bit out of place as you were clearly taking inspiration from a number of players, but the work around the lake feels the most cohesive, and I'm perhaps sensing a bit of a Maverix influence here? Can't say I'm in love with the station with all that black and grey, and the foliage overall feels passable, but that's fair since its not really the focus. Regardless, it's great to see you still cracking open the game and finding new hacks and custom rides.

Layout looked a bit long at first but I really enjoyed it. Always unexpected to see you do full on realism now Roomie. Very happy to see you active though.

Love the layout a lot.. really hauls through the course and has a lot of airtime and flow. The non-inverting loop element was great.. along with the turnaround inversion element.
The surroundings though leave a little bit to be desired in that it seemed a bit plain maybe. As usually the custom rides are great. Would say though that the drop tower roof looks a bit dangerous.. the opening for the tower looks extremely small! Regardless, its good to see another release from you!

Overall, it's always exciting to get new Roomie work and see what crazy idea or innovation you've come up with. The drop tower was really cool to see and very impressive to someone who isn't super hack-literate. I like the coaster layout, you did a great job of supporting that and incorporating a lot of airtime and unique elements. This work feels very experimental to me, like trying out various new things, and that is really compelling.
You mentioned that this was really built around showcasing the drop tower hack, and unfortunately I think that shows. The architecture is good throughout, but doesn't feel very unified. I think the area is charming, but it does feel like it was built to fill a map rather than stemming from an initial design concept. That isn't terrible, because the quality is still there, but I feel like it's missing some of the punch that, say, Laguna had in bringing unique ideas together with great and engaging parkmaking. I'd still say this is design quality work, and i'm excited where it will lead you next!

Fantastic layout, and incredible new tricks and custom rides. There really isn't much to dislike by any means - although some of it feels a bit TOO clean at times.
Obviously the drop tower is the big new Roomie innovation, and that leaves nothing to be desired. You got this working to perfection, which is impressive. Only complaint (as others mentioned) is the opening for the vehicles is pretty small. Roof structure is great though! Also, love the little lockers building nearby. Very clean and effective.
I'm personally very excited to see your upcoming work!

Love the layout but surprised you didn’t go for a special backwards last car like DC Rivals.
The hacking on the drop tower is awesome, even getting the car to change position facing downwards. Is there a way to set to brake more gently or is that not possible? My pet hate though not having a custom top on the tower, the vanilla roto drop top is so ugly.
Loved the spinning flat, great idea.
Wasn’t a fan of the path choice but each to their own.
Awesome to see some RCT2 realism from you. I might of missed some in my break from the game though so maybe this style for you isn’t new after all...

Unfortunately putting brakes in at the bottom just turned out to be impossible the car is technically travelling backwards at that point and it just won't engage with the brakes.
As for the last car going backwards it's something I really wanted to do and spent ages trying to get it to work but Buggys ride maker just couldn't handle the setup. As far as I can tell no standard ride has 4 different types of car with 4 people in each (front car, normal car and normal car backwards in this case) and Buggys would just crash everytime I tried to create it.
I'm sure one of the guys who use X's ride maker could do it but with the now outdated and limited tools I have to use it just wasn't possible

I like this. your rct2 archy is improving, although its slightly hard to place the sort of generic american-ish style. the drop tower is certainly cool, and I like the layout. I wish there would be more hot pink coasters IRL.

Great hacks as always Roomie, and the rest of it wasn't bad either. Once again proving yourself as one of the most versatile parkmakers on the site.

It's a shame this didn't get design, though I understand the votes. I thought it was a lot of fun, and a really nice looking coaster.
