Butterfinger Offline
This was intended to be my next big solo, "Butter's Platypus Paradise 2". Then I lost interest.

What I got done was a mock political section. I had intended to try and finish it off and send it in as a design. Then I lost interest.

Instead I decided to just release what I had. Guess what? I lost interest.

Well, I have finally decided to get around to it, after two months of the park sitting static. Not too long ago I would have been greatly bothered by all the wasted effort put forth. But of course, I am now far beyond the point of caring.

And so I present to you, the national debt.....

..... downtown baghdad.....

..... and the white house.....

There, have fun. And consider this my farewell post. See you, its been fun, yada yada ect ect.

I think he technically meant the stockmarket there, and I must say it confused the shit out of me at first too until I saw the "Sell! Sell! Sell!" across the bottom.

I actually quite like it, the graph idea is very original. And the Baghdad area is nicely done, creates a very isolated, and almost derelict atmosphere. Anything against that thick wanker George Bush gets my vote anyday.

At first it seemed like an failed attempt to be funny by using the obvious and whatnot, but as I looked more into it I liked it more and more. I loved the markey thing, the censured club, those trees, and pretty much everything. It just seemed like you were inspired at one point with this, and if you had that now I would urge you to continue.

Wow, that was a big mistake. The coaster should have traced the graph upwards. Or I could have just renamed it "stock market", like Ride6 said. Oh well

Don't forget to delete the false fronts to tunnel of gay love and the factory (although I'm not sure the message conveyed through that one will be clear... I tried). This thing was pretty awesome at first, if I do say so myself. Then I lost interest, and put in a bunch of crappy filler while under the delusion that I could finish it off as a design.

The park was originally supposed to have four or five sections. One was a "theme park of the future" sort of thing, with the signature ride being the "Carosel of Death", a 300 mph custom merry-go-round. Then there was to be a music section, divided into areas dedicated to my favorite bands. The System of a Down section was going to have quad deulers, each named "Phyco", "Groupie", "Cocaine", and "Crazy". Stupid, I know. The Led Zeppelin area was going to be located on a cloud, with the entrance aptly named "Stairway to Heaven".

Come to think of it, it is probably good I quit. I think RCT was beginning to have an effect on my sense of reality.
