Description
Do you have what it takes to survive Krakatoa's next eruption when it rocks the world again?
It may come off as somewhat surreal(Who on earth would build a coaster next to an active volcano?!), but this was something I had a ton of fun creating because I don't make Arrow coasters often in addition to practicing my architecture. - 1 fan Fans of this park

I think this turned out really nice. I like the setting and the ride layout. The station is very nice and compliments the other buildings as well. I like the small details in places around the map too, I had fun finding them.

I enjoy how the layout is nestled in between the seaside buildings and the mountain. The landscaping is also quite appealing - it makes for a visually interesting feature without being too dominant.
As you know, I like this - so I'll focus on two things.
1. Your buildings are a little over-trimmed, perhaps. Nothing catastrophic, but something to keep in mind as you start experimenting with a wider variety of objects.
2. Foliage - This is the bane of my existence too, so I'll say what others have told me. You did an excellent job around the coaster varying between patches of denser foliage and sparser foliage - I really dig it. Areas around the mountain are a little more uniform and frame it nicely, but some more variation might work out in your favor (you didn't have much room to do this though). Lastly; foliage selection. I'm a little conflicted - pine trees on a tropical island?! I know that prior to Nokken, I generally just picked trees I liked - after selecting foliage close to the environment I was going for, I noticed how it helps to sell the theme.
Great work overall.

This was really pleasant! Just some great, simple RCT. Keep going like this.

small but fine. I agree on the building trimmings, its a bit distracting. also krakatoa is in indonesia, so I naively might expect a much more tropical/south-east asian feeling and architectural style. I was a bit confused what the theme or vibe you were going for here was- almost felt swiss?

Nice followup to your last work, the layout is enjoyable and I like the style of building you've gone with. Your foliage work has certainly improved and hugs the landscape nicely. CC9 makes a good point about the types of trees but I think the overall aesthetic is nice.
I think you could have done a bit more with the volcano perhaps, such as with a stream of lava coming out and interacting the with the ride before hitting the water. Also the colour of the lava seemed to conflict with the bright orange bubbling bits at the edge. Giving them a more uniform colour (such as light orange for the water pieces and dark orange for the bubbling) would look a bit better.
You're improving though so I'm excited to see more.

I missed this release last year, but the overview invited me to take a look up close. This map feels very 2006/2007, in the best way; modern realism in its infancy, still with the charms of extensively themed semi-realism. What is strange is the mix between custom scenery, and typical ncso-solutions such as the gumdrop supports and the forced fence spam. The volcano looks more like a bowl of soup than a volcano, I think it would've been better if the volcano was just empty. But again, this is something that reminds me of 2006-era NE. Going to look at your new park now, now that I'm familiar with your last work.
