Description
The Vienna Prater dates back to the late 18th century after emporer Joseph II opened the area (previously hunting grounds) to the public housing a few snack bars, stalls and bowling alleys.
Today, the best-known attraction is the Wiener Riesenrad, a large Ferris Wheel that shapes the skyline of the city.
The park‘s attractions are managed by multiple operators. Thus, there‘s no unifying concept of the park, such as themed areas. This results in multiple instances of rides (there‘s like a gazillion different bumper cars). However, this assortment of different rides and themings make up the unique charmé of the park.
In 2008, the main entrance area was re-designed to a more themepark-like look. - 4 fans Fans of this park

Strong points:
- Great archy, every building is so well done and nice to look at.
- Cool ferris wheel
- Pulling off a recreation is never easy, so kudos for that! (Haven't been myself yet, so I can not compare though)
Minor points:
- I felt there was a lack of a big or interesting coaster. Super 8erbahn & the other coasters didn't do the trick for me and I feel you missed down on an opportunity to add Olympia Looping! It stood in Wiener Prater for a while, maybe not in that part of the park but I'd haven the creative liberty to add it.
- The outskirts feel so lifeless since there are no peeps walking there. Those cars alone don't do it.
- I feel you missed an opportunity to add some little details here and there. The park next to the entrance is something you could have done more with in that regard.
While this park def shows you are a skilled builder, I feel you missed some opportunities here. This park isn't my cup of tea. To me the score is a bit on the high side. I hope you keep on building and take the feedback with you, because I know we can expect great things from you!
