  I figured that if anyone was unable to beat this scenario, here it is. It started out all fancy and stuff, but then I realized that with the way I was spending my money, I'd never get to 1,500 peeps. Then I just started spamming the rides and marketing until I finally made it. So, here it is: Not necessarily to cheat but to see how I did it. It's one day away from victory so patience is all you need.
