i dont think i would have gone with Corkscrewed. cork has a nice park with a nice coaster, nothing amazing in it, but very good for the size of the park. the buildings are nice, but abit boring. the atmopshere was great. the foliage was top notch and it was a nice little entry, but i liked agent Mulder's better
yes the coaster wasnt the greatest but okay given the kind and space. the overall detail level was great, although alittle sloppy. the color was extremly brown and could defintly have done with some more variation. what i think was the best was the details behind the buildings, with the cargo bay and such. the foliage, what there was, was kinda random. overall though, it had a nice, busy, entertaining atmosphere. it held my attention much longer then Cork's
so congrats both, tough call all around, Good luck Cork!
...wow. That was fast. And I'm surprised I won, since I didn't think mine was anything spectacular. I'll look at A.M.'s when I get home tonight. From the overview, it looks like it should have put up much more of a fight than 4-1, but maybe the judges were swayed by the coaster and maybe the architectural details?
In either case, I was definitely thinking Mulder could have pulled off the upset, especially after his amazing round 1 entry and considering that I really don't have time for RCT much these days and basically built my entry yesterday afternoon. Actually, not basically. I did build it yesterday afternoon.
Good round, though, Mulder. My hat's off to you for a great showing, and if there's any case this or next round where we have a double drop out, I think you should definitely be considered for reinstatement.

Hmm... I totally spelled "alguien" wrong somewhere in there.

^ Well, I was too late to vote in this one (still frantically preparing a Christmas buffet/dinner for 18 people, ), but viewed both parks in the meantime, and....ehh...I would have gone for Agent Mulder's...
To be honest I thought your one not bad at all, but still looking a bit thrown together: nice coaster for sure, but also not really special, and to be honest the buildings were a bit boring.....for sure not something you would design in your RL work
Agent's Mulders' indeed kept my attention far longer, I think FK+Coastermind above expressed it very well.
Anyway, 2 nice entries again. Thank you both a lot and good luck Cork in the next round!
Cork's entry had a really nice atmosphere to it. I also thought the layout was good how it worked its way down the mountain side. One of my favourite entries for the round.
I also thought this one should have been closer, 4-3 or at least 4-2. Corky, your coaster was very good but there was none of your signature awesome archy, while AM's was extremely well detailed. But I still think the right person won

Thanks for the comments. I do like the coaster myself, and this type of theme doesn't really require a ton of detailed architecture, so it was more a display of atmosphere and coasters.
Corkscrewed: I liked the landscaping and the whole Nemesis-feel it gave off. The entry didn't hold my interest very long. Maybe some more details would have been great.
Agent_Mulder: Really surprising entry. It gave a very nice atmosphere. The spinning coaster had a strange layout, maybe that was the reason for the loss here. Everything else was great. The buildings, the details! Nice work, man!
The score was only 4-1? Corkscrewed, i loved your entry. It was so calm and enjoyable. The coaster was good enough, the little houses and foliage were brilliant. This is my favorite entry of the second round.
