Finally, a park that doesn't lag my game out!

This is quite phenomenal. Some part of me doesn't want to like it, because it's less crammed full with details than all of the H2H parks. But that's why I do like it. Doing more with less. It's not your best work technically, but it's your best work

I like all of the color choices, and the custom palette works well. Ride layouts are good, foliage is great, landscaping is OUTSTANDING. I absolutely love bare land tiles for mountains/hills and you used it a lot, so that alone might bump up my score. (bare brown land tiles are my favorite object in this game) The way everything is spaced out is also very refreshing; I wasn't overwhelmed by anything.

This park feels like it would fit right in in the early era of RCT, which I think is great. It seems to be in the same vein as Veteris Shores which I absolutely adored. I'm thinking 80-85%, undecided on spotlight. Congratulations on yet another outstanding park.

I'll be sad to see you go. You've certainly been a trailblazer in this community.

Looks like I was the last vote for this park. This style reels my in so much, I loved looking around, you created an awesome atmosphere, I really, really enjoyed this park. I'll try to give a proper review in the future. I definitely felt this was a high quality park, hence my 85% vote. However, despite how much I love this park, and I'll revisit it many times, I really didn't feel it was at that spotlight level like your past parks, but I don't think you were aiming for spot, I think you aimed for exactly what you created! You built this park perhaps with the least amount of pressure on yourself than you've ever built... maybe I'm wrong... but it looks like you just had fun! Great stuff!

Congrats on the gold medal for your NE trophy case! :D

We'll have the Cocoa vote fixed, but this park will remain a Gold. Lucky for you the changing vote isn't decisive, otherwise people will accuse you of cheating and shit.

Anyway, I can briefly comment on my no vote. I think a lot of this park was beautiful, full of pretty scenes, good coasters and atmosphere. At the same time it was just plain unfinished. I can't remember the last time a submission of this caliber was so unfinished. That's strike one. Then there was the absolutely abysmal landscaping, the horrid combination of raised land and LOTR rocks, most notably under the invert and the flyer, but in other places too. That stuff is sub-bronze. I'm afraid that the pros don't outweight the cons enough for me to vote yes. You can pass the unfinishedness and whatnot off as a statement but I don't buy it.

Anyway, spot or no spot, SoA is a great farewall release. Good bye Shotguns!

Congrats on the Gold! Bit higher than I would've rated it, but I second Liampie in that it's a nice farewell park. Good luck taking care of your personal issues, that always should take priority, so a wise decision.

This park is confusing to me because some areas feel absolutely amazing and spotlight-worthy (see: the main entrance and the area around Wildebeest) and other areas seem totally rushed (see: The back end of the flood and the rock work under Komodo). There was also a solid but of fuckery with the tile inspector and track pieces.

No need to harp on negatives though... aside from what I mentioned, my favorite things in the park are the customs house, the buildings along the Leyak splashdown (and the buildings across the midway also) and that entire main midway area.

As for the rest, I'm sorry to see you go. Hopefully down the line you return when it feels right to you. I definitely enjoy having you around the site.

I'm running a bit behind on park reviews, but I promised you a review and here it is. The park is very big so I'll just go from one big ride to the other.

The entrance zone is phenomenal. It throws you right into the right atmosphere. Nearby there's the Flood which is an excellent composed water ride. Komodo looks interesting and very well themed. On the other hand, I don't think I would want to ride this in real life. I get shit for wacky inversion but that outer pretzel loop part here is just off the roof! Imagine all the g-forces you would experience. And all when you are being pushed in your harness. There's a good reason real manufacturers didn't build such an element... If you don't care about ride experience and only on looks I admit it looks really good though.

Levak shines because of it's beautiful colors. The lay-out is good, the best part is undoubtedly the second drop near the waterfalls. Touch of genius. Phaya Naga also has great colors. Looks like a fun ride that is a bit too short. On the other hand, if it's only meant for children it's ok. Atlatl is the best coaster of the park, easily. Also one of the best invert lay-outs I've seen. Kudos. I'm just not sold on the whole red color. If this coaster would exist in real life, I'd plan a visit to it really quick.

Quicksilver looks fun, and the theming around it is very interesting. I like how you did this. Raging Spirit is another top coaster. I said I def would go out of my way to visit the park because of Atlatl, the same feeling I have with this coaster. Wyvern looks nice, reminds me of Balder somehow... Wildebeest looks like the Arrow I'd do once for the credit and then never again. It is however beautifully themed and I think you did a nice job with the lift supports.

The thing I love most about this park is that it's clearly a throwback to earlier RCT but with a modern twist on it. It has that strong atmosphere those parks had but with a higher technical execution. I think you've shot yourself in the toes by wanting to finish it too quickly. I do see the unfinished parts and they are disturbing. Like parts of the monorail glitch (how did you even do that?), bare walls, weak landscaping here and there... A shame, you should've taken the time to polish it.

So I think I've pretty much caught up with everything I've missed over the past two years, and I have to say, this is by far my favourite park released in that time frame. I love everything about this, the thick atmosphere, the old school bench, it just works perfectly.

    Favourite things:

    Attached Image: Entrance.png

This whole entrance plaza. The sun over the welcome sign, the exit built into the landscape, the stroller hut, the huge amount of path. I think it's all brilliant.

    Attached Image: Queueline.png

The way the queueline wraps around the drop, giving riders a fantastic view before they get on the ride.

The entrances to all the different areas are incredible. I'm guessing the Tobaggan sign is meant to say Stonebrook, but that's minor. These entrances really give a feel for how invested you were into getting these themes done right, where most people would just have an empty path change to indicate a different area.

    Attached Image: Pagoda.png

One of the best pagoda style buildings ever built in Rct.

    Attached Image: FavBuilding.png

My favourite building in the entire park. I have no idea how you have such strong visualisation that you can build something with so many textures that still manages to look coherent at the end of it. I'd try to do something like this, but would give up halfway through because I'd have no way of pulling it together at the end.

    Attached Image: Imposing.png

I love how imposing this coaster station is and again, a lot of textures that you manage to coherently pull together somehow.

I can understand how this got gold, it's very rough around the edges. The landscaping isn't amazing and a few areas do look unfinished. I can see you ran into the object limit, which is kinda worrying that an old school 165x165 park ran out of objects. I really do wish that you saved a few objects along the way, put some landblocks on the bench and cleaned the landscaping, because I think with that kind of stuff, this would easily be 90%+. Still a fantastic park either way, and as I said at the beginning, my favourite release of the past couple of years.
