I started this on Valentines Day and had only 2 weeks to get it done so there were a few things remaining on my to-do list when time ran out. I know there are a few issues with the park. Maybe more than a few depending on how you look at it. Regardless it's my first contest win over there and I'm pretty happy about it. Hope you like it.
Above-average, if anything. The heartline was a nice change of pace coaster. Some cute supporting rides, albeit slighty cliche. Not bad. Warm, inviting colors. However, jungle foliage wasn't working for me and I still think you could've done a lot more with that space.
Good job ekimmel, ms. "i'm kicking jkay's ass this week in NE fantasy NBA"; good to see some completed work from you
Thanks for the comments, JKay. I definitely wanted to use the space better but it really came down to time. I had to sacrifice a few things to make the deadline. If I was making a solo I would have done a few things differently.
BTW, I have plenty of completed work out there. There's my 2 PT2 qualifier entries, my Gooseberry Falls mini-park, and my Fusion Survivor I and II entries (which you've seen since you went after me). I just haven't made and released a solo in quite a while. Good news is I started one after making this and I'll have some screenshots soon.
Oh, and I may be beating you in fantasy NBA this week but I'd rather be in your position in 2nd place.
Overview I think, the houses are too blocky. Especially the big one. i don't like the purple with the white, sorry. And wow! Heartline Coaster. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2nd Screen That coaster is very nice. The rafts are nice integrated into the area. But one big problem:
Where's the landscaping? I know there is a bit, but too few in my opinion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3rd Screen Nice hearts, cool integrated carousel. But the flowers need water! Fresh water. Perhaps you could have tried to make the rafts invisible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4th & 5th Screen Nothing to say, everything was shown in the other screens. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Summary This park was fun to look at. There were nice ideas, but that purple killed the atmosphere for me. Next time, use more landscaping. The foliage is alright in my opinion.

Yeah, the houses were too blocky. It was on my list to work on if I had enough time but I didn't so they stayed blocky.
3rd Screen Nice hearts, cool integrated carousel. But the flowers need water! Fresh water. Perhaps you could have tried to make the rafts invisible.
There were some flowers that would never come back no matter how many rain storms I started. If it was just a couple I would have replaced them before saving the game the last time but there were quite a few so I just gave up on it.
I tried to make the raft track invisible but I couldn't get it to work.

I just commented on RCt2.com on this one, (I like it !), am not going to repeat my answer, but just could not withstand this one:

I suppose you are familiar with 8-cars?? Just go to "staff">"handymen">"water gardens". No use to start rainstorms, by just doing the above all your flowers will be watered, fresh and alive again, even the ones that the silly game before declared to be "dead"".
And of course when you make your own workbench, never use the flowers that come with the game anymore, nor Toon''s copy of them (sorry Toon, I love your other objects), but just use Mama Bear's tulips and other garden, looking exactly the same, only they never ever need water and just stay alife!!! (very practical

But it really looks like a pleasant little park. Pretty nice architecture and a good change of pace with the coaster. I like it.

And thanks for taking the time to comment, Ruiz and CP6. Glad you both found something to like in the park.
