  Thought I'd leave a comment since no one else has yet.

   

  This looks to me like very low level scenario play, and not the kind of park that's usually uploaded to NE. I'm not going to go into details regarding everything, since you said in the description that you know you need improvements. 

   

  Take a look at some of the recent accolade winning parks, look at the comments, look at the suggestions. Learn what NE is all about, then come back and make us something great!

  Saxman is very correct. Just try practicing building scenery of all sorts, landscaping, etc., and you'll improve, gradually. There's nowhere to go but up.
