Description
An odd bench and ample time make for a runner-up finish in a competition quite fine .-.
I don't know if it's worth uploading this, like Merlin's Odyssey, but I had a good enough time working on it. As such, I figure I can share it with others and hope there's something worth seeing here for you folks! Maybe? I don't know...
This was entered into the same competition as Feuille Tremblante, by SupraTheHedgeHog.

I think you really nailed the dirty fair-ish atmosphere overhere, i really like the style you're using. It is an interesting mix between cool techniques, interesting object choices and simple but fitting structures.
Of course it is sort of a micro, but the content that is there is quite solid and i've looked longer on this than on some bigger parks, so overall i would definitely call this accolade-worthy. 60% for me.

I think RWE says is best when he talks about how dirty this feels. It's really excellent. Its kind of small and simplistic in places but overall I really enjoyed this and would give it a 50

Some of the archy was a bit doubtful for me, I think you could have done better with the fair too. I liked the idea of the wooden coaster. Lovely atmosphere overall but missed more dedication for me.

@RWE: I'm glad I got the idea across well enough for people to identify it. It wasn't an object selection I would have liked to work with for a park idea such as this, but I've come to peace with how it looks now. Thank you for the generous 60%!
@Iron Rattler: Happy to know you enjoyed it, Iron. The 50% is a very understandable rating.
@Julow: You know, when I was working on this I already knew it was likely to lose in the competition it was entered in because it has the air of RCT amateurism, the way the rides are placed, the depressing Woodie and the stall spam, but this is eventually what I wanted to do, since this is exactly how I imagined a low-budget small-town carnival would look like (because that's how a low-budget small-town carnival looks like here). An ideal player would never blame his bench for the shortcomings of the project, so I can't say I didn't have the right objects to pull this off well... but I totally am Overall, I agree with all your points, but that's just my two cents. I'm glad you enjoyed looking through it, Julow! I hope to do this idea better justice sometime in the future.

Ziscor, I think you totally nailed your intended theme here, with or without the right objects/bench. Unfortunately, I can see why it didn't go over as well with the competition crowd, but it was definitely worth taking a look at and uploading to NE. I gave it a 55% in the end. Nice work!

It sure is a unique small park you've got here. You nailed the dirty ghetto look. Lovely. I liked the corn maze. Overall pretty fun to look at but there's very little content for an accolade I think.

@saxman1089: Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate the 55%
@FredD: I'm with you on there not being enough here for an accolade. I'm happy someone likes the corn maze, that was a last minute addition.

bit of a weird one- some really detailed and nice buildings around, and some good surrounding details and good atmosphere. also, a lot of just plopped down rides and basic buildings. i'd love the actual fair bit to be as fleshed out as some of the surrounding buildings and structures.
