I have never been to Gröna Lund in real life so its hard for me to judge how close this is to reality but damn it looks good. I especially like the effort you put in the surroundings, for example the working crane in the dry dock is a lovely detail. I'm also a big fan of tramlane. Overall a really beautiful park!

Finally found my time for reviewing. Lagom, you did it again, dude! And it's not only that you've won your second spotlight, you also still improved a lot in terms of your detailing skills and your composition in general. The atmosphere is really busy and city-esque which is exactly what i would expect from reallife Gröna Lund. Some of the ships are the best i've ever seen in the game and they are adding so much to this, the layouts of the coasters are sometimes weird, but i think you can't really do it better in the game, i'm glad you finally decided to include Twister!

Having looked at the park a lot of times now, i've only found one small thing which i would might critizise which is that you could have done a bit more underwater details on such a water-heavy map. Considering you for some reasons still had a lot object slots left, it would have added so much more to your ships and coast lines. But overall this is just a pretty small point of course, and it doesn't make the park less perfect for me. For me, it's a clear 100% and 'yes' on a spotlight. This park is clearly one of my all-time-favorites and you can be really proud of it!

All in all, i would really love to finally see you in a non-recreation environment, your special attention to detail and your lovely ideas and architecture, would definitely also shine there. I'm definitely looking forward to see what your future projects will be, i think trying other styles and develop yourself more, should be definitely your goal now and the point you haven't showed that you also have these skills while building in other styles is the only thing that makes you not the best builder around yet.

Sorry I haven't commented on this yet Lagom, but I wish to congratulate you on such a great achievement.  Hopefully I can do a video review in the near-ish future, this is certainly deserving.

I am not able to open this park unfortunately. It keeps crashing when trying to get sprite 65535. Can you send me a new package of the park? Thanks

Are you using the latest version of Openrct2?

I believe I am. I am on v0.12-develop and the game just recently updated again.

Sorry for the extremely late comment.

I really can't find any substantial flaws here. Everything is well done. Highlights for me are the circus building, the port, the park (obviously) and the boats, which are all perfect :p You even managed to make the parking lot cool to look at!

For me, this deserves to be the top park on the website. You nailed everything. Congrats!

First, sorry for the very late reply. Around the time of the release I had written a good sized review and somehow it got deleted.

I think I can safely say that this is one of the best RCT2 parks made. I love how it's much more than just a park with all the other community details worked in. The shipyard is really fantastic. The working crane is caps off one of the best areas in any park and I would say it's the best non-park related thing I have seen in-game.

Grona Lund itself is outstanding. That cluster of 4 coasters... wow. I can't really think of a bigger rec challenge to take on! Still, those places close to home can really inspire you to try ;) You pulled it off, custom supports and all! Insane was very well done considering that it's almost impossible to do in RCT2. I liked that you hacked on the stand alone cars even tho they sit still. Getting it to work would have meant making it on a larger scale, so I think what you did was best. Maybe you could have tried to make/get some MT objects to fill in the gaps in the track.

The Stockholm S/S was my favorite boat, but they were all great. This park had so many clever details. Almost enough to make up for the absents of frozen staff, lol. The peep execution and interaction with almost everything was brilliant.

I was close to voting 95/Yes. When I looked at Google maps of the real park, I did see a few things that I thought you could have pulled off better, tho some were a little picky like fence types and whatnot. I'll probably never vote 100 on a rec since while they can be amazing to view in-game, it is still a copy. I didn't really find that some of the outskirts of the park held my attention.

After all this time, I think I enjoy it more after every viewing. It's probably my #1 favorite park :)
