First of all i really enjoyed looking at this and i liked it. The layout was okay in my eyes, it has some interesting architecture and the overgrown foliage is very well done. I also really enjoyed all the small details, like all the small boats in the water, the big sinking ship and the little windmill.
Other than that i must say that i was a little confused looking at it. It just felt like there was too much going on on the island. It just has this really messy feeling to it, as louis mentioned, which really annoyed me. Other then that i feel like you could have done much better the surroundings for the NE version, just pure foliage is pretty lazy in my honest opinion. I would have loved if there would have been some stuff which made these areas actually interesting like small details to explore etc. like you showed off on the main island. But like you made the surroundings, it's such a great contrast to the main island that this actually ruined this for me a little bit.
But it's definitely designworthy in my opinion, i gave 65% in the community voting.
I gave such a high score because I felt really enveloped in the atmosphere. Something about the aesthetic is really appealing to me. The swampy feel of the foliage, the rickety boardwalk appearance, the clear story that the whole park was telling me - I greatly enjoyed it. Congratulations!
I'm really surprised that there are complaints about the layout. That's a fantastic and very individual layout in my opinion. It fits the terrain beautifully. In all honesty, the fact you added the surroundings makes this appear around 5-10% greater than without them.
It just adds more atmosphere and makes the idea clearer. The area is great, and in your distinct Cocoa-style. I like it a lot although you need to find an alternative to that typical Cocoa waterride soon in my opinion. 
They're all great but they're becoming less memorable because they feel similar. The swampy feel is brilliant, the colors are nice and those custom boats are obviously spectacular. 80-85% from me. Very good job!
Dude, lovin this! And for a design it has a lot of nice ride interaction with the rapids and the kiddy coaster. And as opposed to a lot of other designs out there, you allow you creation to live in the middle of a landscape. I wish more designs would do this, as opposed to the tired black squares to vignette it. 11/10!
