I've never gotten a gold...
Congratulations on the score!

I think the overall quality of parks have gone up for sure, look at how much time most of these players put into their parks!... players are striving for gold. I don't think seeing more gold is a problem if we have gold quality parks like gijssie's park here.
Jappy, your time will come, no doubt!

I don't think its possible to say that overall quality has rise above what would be expected by the progression of time. However, you could easily look at RCT releases as isolated events, and just say we've had an unusual amount of high quality parks this year.
To me its more the lack of innovation, the lack of something that really pushed the boundaries and standards forward. I think Luna and last years LL released have done this for LL, but I'd argue a small portion of that gained was lost in the years after Jerusalem, which lacked significant LL released.
BGA while a great park, I feel was in construction for so long that its effects were felt more before its actual release. I think when BGA was released, everyone was really familiar with the park and knew it pretty well, so it didn't feel like an impactful park. Rather it was the conclusion to a journey I guess.
The only thing I can think of that was greatly impactful on the RCT2 scene during the last 2ish years was Raptor. However I don't belief it will be all that inspiring because of NEs shift away from grey hyperrealism of the early 2010s.
Sorry, speech over.

The funny thing is, that it seems to be easier to get gold but just as hard to get bronze since I started here.

So was this based on an earlier save file of Six Flags? It looks a lot like this screen.
This has a lot of life but the same strong technical details. Easily my favorite work from you. I'm suprised by the gold though given the small size but the quality is great.

I just looked over the 10 golds of 2016, and I don't see where any creativity is really lacking, there are some fresh styles and ideas, and all are deserving of their score. Any of them would have been ripped off if they got silver. If anything didn't deserve gold it's Firestorm because it's more in the design category, but it definitely deserved it's percentage. But there aren't size requirements for gold parks, and PineHills is a gold quality park, but smaller than others, perhaps H2H size.

I think that 4-5 of the 10 parks are right on the border or more silver quality to me. That's nearly half of the parks that won gold so far this year. I think it would be safe to say we could see 2-3 more gold parks this year as well.
To me, 12+ golds in one year is a bit to much. Even if they are "deserving" something has to change. Back a few years ago, a gold was really something to be proud of and that would set you apart in the community, now so many people have one it doesn't really seem special or unique.
I think there is more to RCT than just being creative as well, I mean this map is minimally creative but still a good park. Anyways, thats a different discussion.

I really liked this park and think it's totally deserving of the (low) Gold score.
For an un-themed realism park it was full of charm and character. The architecture was colourful yet cohesive and logical. It was cramped, yes, but in a deliberate and realistic way. I particularly liked the custom games/rides like the trampolines, basketball and the mini twist ride. My only main criticism is that the rollercoaster lineup is rather dull but at least they are all executed in an appealing way.
Great work. Why is it your last?

He said his last park was his "last" too. Hopefully once again that turns out not to be the case.

I'm still holding out for Universal Studios Sydney...

This might be the most balanced work from you, not only technically but also aesthetically. you deserve own category of post modernism.

Overall, the community has been improving a lot in the last years. We don't see a lot of bronze parks anymore because most people out here build way better than that, quality wise. That's a good thing, I guess.
