Description
Court Square, Queens, NYC. Home to a lovely Diner, the tallest building in Queens, a contempory arts museuem and 5pointz, once a haven and showcase for street artists.
The first in a series of small creations showcasing some New York City locations that may or may not be famous, but hold some level of significance to me. -

NIce job, dude. I loved all the little details in your architecture and those little newspaper and hot dog stands were great!
Sleek!

Nice work.
Thanks for the comments guys!
I really tried to nail the details, make it feel like it actually belonged in the city.
I think one of my bigger problems with this was that I built it too close to the map edge, and couldn't expand across the street like I wanted to. I also think a few hacks and peeps would have made it a bit more lively and helped it out a bit.
Also, it's not up for an accolade, because it doesn't actually fit in either category, but I'm glad that a few of you at least liked it a lot!
Cool. I like the details.
As someone who has spent a lot of time riding the subways around NYC I can honestly say that this is exceptional. You completely nailed every detail.
I expected you'll becoming a great player at sometime but this is much more faster than I thought. wow.
have you seen his stream pierrot? he was amazing with his telephone pole like supports on the wildmouse

This is a great little release. The detail is great and I just love those train tracks.
@pierrot: Thanks a bunch! that means a lot coming from you.
@gdb: It's neither a wild mouse nor a telephone pole...
@airtime: I put a ton of thought into making the tracks look both as realistic as possible and as good as I could in-game. I'm glad it seemed to have that effect.
i will refuse to give up on saying that they're not telephone poles
This is not the right place to discuss telephone poles and nobody gives a fuck anyway.
