I just wanted to say a few things about this:

In the beginning, I planned to send this in competitively, but halway through, I noticed that it won't be up to the competitive standards NE wants. The "suggestions" Thread made my decision to send this in as non-competitive. At the point the decision was made the foliage was completely missing, so I rushed that.

I thought the layout was really cool, actually. I understand why you didn't submit this for competitive. But, I believe if you spent more time with the architecture, and the foliage, you could have gotten a pretty decent score.

Architecture seems very simple and uninspired on the whole, and while the launched woodie is a super cool idea, the layout got very boring and repetitive after the initial flying turn, plus it was like 90% right hand turns. I think NSCO architecture needs to be especially stand-out-ish since you're repeating the same tile sets over and over, and there are a lot of blank walls.

Having said that, your water ride TOTALLY reminded me of a log flume I went on once when I was a little kid in Northern California. I thought that was kind of cool; I haven't even thought about that ride a single time since going on it but seeing it in the park totally brought the memory up. It looks just like it.

After 10 seconds of googling I have deduced that it was the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk log ride :)

Looking at your layout, I agree that they layout and having a launched woodie is unique, and I thought I'd provide a few things that could provide improvement: More path interaction where the park guests could see the launch and first element. The ride seems excluded from the rest of the hypothetical park. Also a different train that would give the appearance that the ride would be smoother. Maybe a B&M train of some sort to simulate a GCI-smooth track or a Rocky Mountain Construction track. But I do like the concept a lot.
