Because instant group parks tend to fail quickly. But there's no one and nothing that can stop you from starting a tintin park already, with whoever joins you. It's just my advice to keep the idea sitting in your head for a month, gathering ideas and discussing ideas with partner builders.
I would honestly be totally down for a Tintin park as well, they were my favorite comic books as a kid. Although, I do realize I don't have any work in the database, nor any recent screens. But I'm definitely interested if it happens in the future and that fact doesn't hold anyone back.
I have been in the mood to donate a coaster layout to someone's park or project, so let me know Cocoa. I still feel I owe you one after kicking your ass in Micro Madness
I honestly think I may be the only person on this site not into your work. I know that the skill level is there for sure, but color-, texture-, and composition-wise, there's nothing I find all that appealing to me. At a certain point, wildly-colored brick and stone buildings fade into one encompassing theme for me and everything starts looking the same.

cause I'd actually be so pumped for a tintin park. and I haven't been pumped for rct in at least three months.
And Cocoa, that screen is awesome!
