This was amazing. I could look at this park for hours and then look at it again the next day and find something new. You used coasters as pieces of art rather than something peeps could ride, which is why I don't think the coaster quality is that big of a deal. It felt like I was in that movie What Dreams May Come, or The Never Ending Story.
Possibly the best feature in this park was the music. It was creepy at times and set the atmosphere perfectly. Though I haven't seen the rest of the entries yet, it seems like I will be placing this park very high on my list, as it is already one of my favorite parks ever. It was an amazing fantasy park, and I would rank you up there with cBass and Mala as one of the best fantasy parkmakers.
Funny... I can't d/l John's or slob's, but this one works perfectly...

This park was perfectly named... it truly is an epic of a park.
The whole place just stunned me- the opening, with that mysterious music, to the cool messages, to the beautiful canyon architecture, to the towers, to the sculptures, to the transport cars, and the whole idea of a civilization built where Heaven meets Hell- just amazing!
But this park is missing something- I really don't know what it is. Maybe the coaster ratings let it down, maybe some of the landscaping, maybe some of the crowded-ness... I just don't know. This might be the strangest park I've ever seen.
This would be a really tough park to rank if I were a judge. It's not really like any other RCT2 park we've ever seen... I mean, if I could, I'd rank everyone else's park normally, then set aside Epica on its own. Not because it's better, and not because it's worse... it's just... so different...
Yes. There is nothing in this map that isn't symbolism to something else, even if the link between was sometimes a little weak.
Anywho, in case anybody didn't see it in the readme, the logo in the readme was made by the very talented logo maker Austin Powers. I think that the logo he made fits this file a ton better than the official one, only because it was made knowing the backround of the park.
Wow....fucking amazing Phatage. I...I...I was stunned when I opened this.
The architecture was amazing, the rides were amazing and just everything was amazing. I only got 2 very small complaints:
1. The big spiral tower I think you should have made a ride out of.
2.The landscaping needs some work.
Those are very small and the rest of the park makes up for it.
I look forward to seeing new work from you Phatage.
If I did not know you did this, and just that it was one of the 23 PT entrys id guess Mala did this one. Awsome stuff, I loved how detailed the archy was, and the rides were insane. Its amazing how many ways you can build, none of your parks seem to have any set feel, all they seem to share is that one crazy elephant.
Amazing park Phatage! I am glad I was able to make a logo for it, whether it was the official one or not. I would like to post it though, just so my work doesn't go unseen by the many that don't read read-mes...
I loved almost everything about this park. My only real complaint was that the landscaping and the treeing made it confusing and hard to really go through the park. It was even hard to see some of your buildings and rides. What I did like was...the rest of the park, lol. The whole entrance path and its surroundings were spectacular...the waterfalls and sitting areas along the way were great. Basically all of the architecture was amazing and very detailed. The cliff dwellings were really cool and I liked those walkways too. All of the hacks were great. Iceburg Tours was a cool ride and the best part was when it went around that tall light-color tower. The giga, Epic, was sweet...I loved how it went off of the tracks. The idea for the Highland Shuttle was nice too. The fast transport things were fun to watch. The only ride I didn't really like was the woodie, Purgatory. This was a very creative park and I loved the idea behind it and I thought everything was executed very well. I look forward to your future parks.
I first saw your NE Design, which I thought was okay. I didn't see it the way most of the others saw it I guess. Then you became a parkmaker which made me think you must be an amazing RCT2 player (I didn't look at SFWOE because of it's huge file size). So when I saw this, I thought that this could be one great looking park. When I opened it however, I was dissapointed. I have no idea what you were going for. The landscaping, tree placement, tree selection, flower usage, architecture, colours and rides were all horrible. The intensity ratings for all your rides were so ultra-extreme it leads me to believe you have no roller coaster building skills what-so-ever. Only two things caught my attention. "Hellovater" for it's comedy and the proton accelerator thing, because it's trackless and that impresses me no matter what you've built. I was very, very dissapointed. I think I bought too much into the hype. I'm definetly not a fan, and had I been a judge, this very well might have placed in the 23 position. Sorry
