I expected a bare layout because of you, but there was a little bit of landscaping, foliage and architecture! Enough to spark my interest some more. I haven't seen foliage like this from RRP. Anyway, the coaster. I don't like the parts behind the lfithill but the rest is great again. That helix flows so well... And I even like the double lift hill.
So I added this to the site and finally got to see it (also allowed myself to remove your attachment). Very cool layout but it tangled up the station a bit much which I assume was part of what killed your enjoyment when making this?
Overall nice to see how well organised you are. All the things that need to be built first are built first. You make it look simple and sense-making like it's nothing when the majority of people on the site struggle so much.
Nice idea to use the monster truck ride like that. Same for the wooden beams on walls.
Did you ever ask yourself why it is you only like starting but not finishing your projects? It doesn't look to me as though you're someone running out of inspiration or ideas for things to build. It's more like "right, got what I wanted, now the rest is just wrapping it up nicely and doing some fillers, ...can't be arsed".

Edit: meh, it's good but way too unfinished.

that could be a sick layout with the right terrain and theming.
