Great job Louis! I can clearly see you had tons of fun building this and it looks like a really fun park. The essence of rct imo..
I loved the realism and the custom rides you made, fun to watch :)

Oh, and I agree with what has been said about the park planning; People don't realise how hard it is to properly plan and lay out a park. This one is very well done, and I can clearly see that a lot of work was behind how well the park is layed out.

Maybe I'm missing something, but to me this park is just a loop with a bit of blank tarmac path in between to surround the lake (and that area has nothing going for it besides a the drop ride)... Aren't most parks just like this? A loop?

^LOL, SFSF did the same exact thing, as have many other parks. It's really nothing new.

It makes it so that you can cut generally directly to any given ride. Especially when dealing with peep AI, making the park a nice, fat circle is pretty much the only way to go. Not saying it's good or bad, it's just necessary.

AC, that's not at all what I meant. The 'loop' kind of grid you're talking about is just a general choice Louis made to divide guests and guide them to all the rides.
When looking more closely into where the rides are and how they interact with each other, the landscape, the paths, etc you'll maybe also see how hard it is to harmonise it so well with each other instead of just make a 4 corners park and put rides in the corners for example.

The basic loop is key to a decent park plan, why else does practically every park in the entire world use this layout?

Yet for some reason in RCT everyone ignores this, which is incredible really considering everyone is so realism focused, and produces appalling park layouts that feature deadlines, really unusual ride placement, and just general park layout mistakes.

Any whenever anyone actually takes into account the fact that it would be more realistic to have a basic loop park, they miss out all the natural flow that a park layout has and literally builds a loop.

So yes, this is a basic loop park, however it is one that, I believe, has a great amount of natural flow, something that many people in RCT can't achieve.

Why does that white wooden coaster remind me so much of Comet at Hershey Park? Either way I'm not sure if this is after the fact since it's been uploaded a while ago but oh well, I'm bored and haven't had a lot of feedback on my Park in Progress. I like the coasters and the layout is ok imo. What I completely disagree with is putting coaster tracks as the roof for every freaking building! Anyone else annoyed/freaked out by that? Maybe I'm just too much of an inside-the-box kind of person or something, but I think that is just tooooooooo much. Maybe on 1 or 2 buildings but I think you went overboard with it. Otherwise es ist sehr sehr gut und ich hoffe ich kann gross sein wie du.
