I've been playing RCT2 for a couple of months now, I never knew it had such a great community. When I was a little kid I always enjoyed RCT and RCT2 (except RCT3 which sucks IMO). So anyways, I've been working on a park for a while now, called it Oakland Heights. There is no custom scenery and I used no hacks/trainers or whatever to build this park. So uh... here are some screens. Oh and it's not finished yet, I'd say the park is 60% complete. Don't know when it'll be done, I don't always work on it and when my PC is running I usually play Skyrim.
I actually like it quite a bit. The colors are a little boring and samey, but I'm not sure how much of that you can really help with NCSO. Also your foliage could use a little more attention, particularly in the second and fourth screens. I look forward to seeing the whole thing, though.
I dunno what NCSO means but it'll probably mean non-custom scenery object park. Well, a park with no custom scenery. I'm kinda new here and this is my first park I've created in years. And what do you exactly mean by foliage? Like adding more trees and flowers to the park? Once I've got everything finished I'll add more trees and shrubs.
^You have to right-click and open image in a new tab to view them.
By foliage I simply mean your choice of shrubs and trees. They don't really mesh together, and I would look at many recent examples of accolades to get an idea of how you might be able to improve how the trees and whatnot are actually arranged.
Well I wouldn't really call it a replica, lets just say a lot of his "artwork" inspires me. The first time I saw his videos on YouTube I got blown away.

Park is finished, at the moment I'm just adding a little more foliage, benches, lanterns etc.
