Dear RevoLLutionists,

I had the chance to see your park early, due to making the Aerial for it.
I think it is LL maxed out to its potential (theming wise), it had the hacks, the ideas, the funny bits - it looked like the sure winner for me.
Along came New Fantasyland.
I've never seen Disney done as thoroughly as this. Every. piece. was. perfect.
It has me drawn into it for about an hour and a half now. I love it. And let me be very clear on this one: whoever worked on it - I HAVE to build with them in the future. Guys, there's no way around it.

P.S.: Whoever chose to include this song should think about pursuing a career in Advertising. It fits as perfectly as a custom song can fit RCT.

The diagonal tunnel on the invert is brilliant, and the entire park shares this inventive quality. Great job to the builders! :)

Siege of Jerusalem was stunning, obviously. Loved the invert's layout, even if the pacing could've perhaps been just a little faster here and there. There were so many things to see it was a bit hard for me to orientate myself well. Some of the details blew me away, again. For example the crusader's flag adaption and the trebuchet, or the gate made of bicycle rides. Just crazily well done. Also totally loved the AoE music. Very good choice. Once the voting is over, I'd love for you to tell me how you did that diagonal tunnel on the invert. Not quite sure how it works but it looks perfect for something so difficult to do.

So I thought this was going to be a really easy decision for me and just kind of opened the RCT2 park out of voting fairness, and I realised the moment the park opened that making a choice wasn't going to be that easy. That custom message and the custom music just did some magic. The park was very refined, very convicted to its theme and executed with confidence it seemed to me. I thought the style to overuse those bricks hurt it though as it didn't look that nice to me. Less would've been more here. I also felt the path layout was unnecessarily complex and gave me the impression of lacklustre planning of ride arrangements, to which then later the paths had to be fit around. My favourite part was the entrance. Very majestic and beautiful.

Overall a tough choice, but Posted ImageI vote revoLLutionists

Was I the only one that didn't see the custom music used at all in the Replacements's park? There was only one ride set to play it, and it was turned off. When I turned it on, no sound played. The RevoLLutionists's song played perfectly.

The underground space rings were not turned on?

Ling, do you have music turned off in your options?

Ling, do you have music turned off in your options?

Of course. I heard all other noises, the custom music simply wouldn't play. I'll try re-copying it. Just wanted to check if something was up with it.

Its volume actually is pretty low in the peeped version.. Maybe that's the reason.

You know what?
The Replacements' park isn't that great. It's really the 'same old, same old', and there was nothing that great about it.
Also, Assassin's Creed was by Disney? :p

Ahhhh this one would be so tough for me if I could vote! The LL park looks absolutely incredible. Easily one of the greatest things I have seen in this game. Ever.

But DISNEY. I can't betray my own company can I? Ahh its so good!

Excellent job guys. Both teams did amazing this round. Two very fantastic parks:]

The details - particularly the stuff outside the walls - in Jerusalem are just too good. The coaster layout was great with awesome pacing, and though the atmosphere was a bit awkward at times, I feel like it's a very complete image and a good marriage of amusement park styling in a fantasy (style) situation. New Fantasyland took me a second to realize what it was actually supposed to be, and the mine train, unfortunately, is one of the first things I looked at. I felt its layout was very meandering and the pace was far too slow, even by family ride standards. Essentially just an amalgamation of the different "adventure" style family coasters Disney have employed over the years. The architecture outside Be Our Guest was some of the best since Sea of Sagas, and the tiny break in the mountain allowing you to see the queue was a lovely detail I kept coming back to. I must agree, however, that the 1k ruins were way overused, and I didn't really "get" all the colored park map stall object things everywhere - I understood them in the library, but everywhere else they just seemed random. Finally, it seems like you have a theme of each area being dedicated to a Disney princess... but then you only have like two-and-a-half of those... I guess I'm just not sure what the thing on the whole is supposed to be. But a park broken up in that manner could be quite fascinating.

New Fantasyland was great, but for sheer creativity and attention to detail, Posted ImageI vote revoLLutionists

I'm sorry, I'm usually not one to question a vote, but what the fuck are you talking about here?

Haven't viewed both yet, but 'Lago and Friends' is an Aladdin show right? If so, it should be Iago...

Just ignore him/her nin, you're not alone haha.

I just viewed this in game for the first time with the custom music and I was blown away. Absolutely perfect choice of song for this. It truly evokes the Disney atmosphere. And as a castmember, I more than definitely approve:]

It was awe inspiring and majestic. I just sat there in awe staring at the entrance, until I happened upon the 'penis' elephant. Hahahahaha my god dude I laughed so hard.

Again, this park was truly spectacular. Would definitely get my vote!

After staring at the two of these parks for a while...

Why? Because, although Jerusalem IS a very good piece of LL, it simply isn't believable as a park. On the other hand, I found Fantasyland to be very immersive right from the start, with the perfect music and intro message. That impression was immediately enforced by the content of the park - Be Our Guest, Little Mermaid, and the Hi Ho Mine ride being my favorites. I also don't agree that the ruins/rocks were over-used at all: I feel as though they worked exactly as intended.

Now, as I said, Jerusalem is some DAMN good Loopy Landscaping... But easily a third, if not more, of the park is just the desert/hills outside the city...which translates to me as thinly disguised empty space. The army and siege engines are cool, and the trebuchets/ballistae/siege towers are certainly well done and show remarkable skill. I like the city overall (the broken bits of wall are a nice touch and well done), and the rides are good, the coaster is good.... But I just can't believe it as a park (regardless of the opinion of others, I feel as that is EXTREMELY important). I just see Kingdom of Heaven: RCT Edition.

I don't know... this comment really bugs me. Fantasy and semi-realism in RCT doesn't necessarily have to be tied down to the idea of creating a 'park'. If we limit our view of RCT to that idea, then a lot of the fantasy work that this site has witnessed would not have been created.
