Basically, I've noticed that most people haven't really seen a lot by me, so here I'm putting everything I made pre-2008 into a handy .rar file.
First up - Camp Greenlake. This was meant to be a timeline park that I started in 2004, built on for about a week, then decided it was finished. So yeah, it's from 2004, so don't expect anything from it.
Second is -ValleyRider-, made in 2005 I believe. This was my first attempt at making a design.
Then we move onto my PT2 Prelim Entries (Also 2005) (Which actually got me through in the end from sheer determination!) Indestructable -
Fallen -
Excalibur -
And finally in the 2005 section, we have FireCracker, another Design attempt -
We then move onto 2006/7, where I started with numerous parks, some of which I finished, but don't have the file for anymore, which is a shame cos I reckon they could win a strong Bronze/weak Silver.
But first up, we've got the imaginitively named 'G' -
Golden Rainbows World Of Wonder -
Golden Rainbows SeaWorld Miami -
I don't even know what this is -
Unnamed Park -
This is my Alton Towers recreation from 2008 (Only got what is in the screen done before I got bored haha) -
And then just for teasing purposes, here is an overview of Project K (A solo I abandoned about 2 years ago, which has recently been picked up again, with thanks to BG) -
I might upload my current solo later, cos I've lost a lot of interest in it, but it contains some of my best work (A lot better than anything above).
^Is the current solo the one with the suspended with banked turns and the awesome asian archy? If so, upload it
Haha, that is the one I don't think I'll upload it though, someone's offered to take it off my hands, so we'll see what happens there.
Good stuff, it's always nice to hear compliments as well The only things that I think are even vaguely decent nowadays are Excalibur for the architecture (Which is where my style really started coming together imo), and then all of the parks actually.
One thing though, if anyone who's been to Alton Towers wants to help me with it, please speak up, I'd love to see it going again, because what I built on it so far is almost deadly accurate. It was originally meant to be a thing the whole community got involved with, but ended up with noone wanting anything to do with it.
Here, have my solo that contains some of my best work that I'm never going to finish. I'm proud of pretty much everything (Apart from the left hand side of the entrance area, the architecture there was outdated before I even started it) on this map, and there's just no point in me holding onto it anymore. Casimir did do some work on this, but I've decided to release the version without his work on it because I didn't ask him if he'd be okay with his work being released (He only did a couple of buildings so I'm not completely shitting on him)
trav, I submitted the project as a "previously released park" for you so that it can be added to the site's database and won't be lost like the other releases you posted above. If you still have these, could you submit them too and likewise link them to this topic please?
Sorry to see this go unfinished. I think what you had looks very tastefully designed and it seems you have a keen eye for ride design as well. Obviously it's too detailed for my likings and becomes too busy as a consequence in places, especially where you had those pretty slim paths hidden between tall buildings. But whatever, hope you'll find the inspiration to finish a project for once, because indeed, I don't remember ever seeing anything from you which after seeing this feels like a shame.
Yeah, I'll get round to doing that at some point today Posix, thanks for the help.
And thanks for the comments, most people haven't seen much of my RCT work simply because I cannot finish things cos I'm one of these people who lose files a lot (I move house a hell of a lot and projects get lost through that) or just gets bored of projects after like 2 years of working on it. The slim path area between the buildings was meant to feel like that, because from what I understand that's what medieval towns felt like, from walking around places such as York. Buildings always seem very imposing because of the narrow streets and things, but I of course understand if people aren't a fan of it.

I'll check these out, your work has always had a certain charm, so it will be interesting to see where it kind of started

Sad to see it being released unfinished, though..
