I was going to enter this into the Pro Tour (Video Game Contest) but I decided to focus on the dark ride and somehow won. Anyway, it's themed to Project Gotham Racing so I set it in the streets of New York and just a touch of Central Park. I hope you like it, because I'm pretty sure I rushed it. I decided to finish it because it was a lot of fun developing the city. (This ride is for LL btw) Have fun and tell me what you think so I can improve or whatever.
Looks very nice. A convincing, authentic, stylish yet original urban theme. And those surely aren't easy to make. I love how you got the point across without using too many rides as theming. It adds to the natural RCT effect and improves the harmony drastically. What really struck me as JoeHolland were the red roofing textures under paths. And they work. Well done.
There's just one little problem. How do I get the ride to operate !? It says it's broken down but I thought that was maybe necessary for a hack to work? Please help.

Well, just re-place the mechanic on the path and he gets a 'radio call'. I fiddled around with the footprint area too, and the path to the exit. It worked in the end though.
This is cool cos it's a shuttle like the type AK makes. Nice spike-support structure, too. Not too keen on the buildings though - having seen the urban areas created by Ozone and Kiri (Andrew's Chronicle) it's hard to rate other urban areas that don't have the life and innovation
That looks a heck of a lot like my steel twister entry. Still nice, regardless.
Except I started building it before your entry was released. (Not that I have WW anyway)
The idea spawned from Speed: The Ride in Las Vegas, NV (I've been on it) and then seeing Fatha's Fastball in his Tropico Horizon's City Walk I knew I had to do it. Anyway, it wouldn't have won but it was fun and thats what matter.
Well I obviously started building mine before mine was released also!
I'm not accusing you of copying me, just making the similarity. It looks pretty cool, kinda bland though.. the urban theme is a very tough one to tackle.
Jacko: Except I would have no prior knowledge of how your ride looked. Thanks everyone who's commeted, and sorry about the ride being broken down. :/ Ehh..
I dont particulary think much of this because if you look ast the detail and how realistic project gotham racing in the game is then there is such a big difference. And is that steel twister meant to be a race track or something?
