    Also I am thinking I might move back the duo month (July atm) since most of you seem to be involved in this qftb kinda contest. Sound good?

    ^ Maybe better after QFTB is finished. And if you decide to have the duo's month, can you announce atleast like 10 days before the month starts? Then there is time to make a duo / talk about ideas back and forth.

    EDIT: actually, I'm sorry, I can't judge. I don't have rctll installed right now and both the disks are currently on their way to Australia in boxes. Damn. (But I'm always up for a later round!)

    The bar keeps getting higher as we go deeper into Monthly Micros. After an awesome May, we find yourselves with another battle for first place. In the end Tolsimir & Sey just squeaked past disneylhand and gained the win by record margin of just two points! La Valle is a beautiful canyon themed micro packed with colorful details and clever hacks. Kaboom must be the best coaster design we have seen yet in the contest and as we all know dlh is no slouch when it comes to details. Chocotopian nabs a third place win with his colorful wild mouse micro. ][ntamin22 added some theming to an old layout by Panic to pull down an honorary mention. GiagG submitted Beach Carnival and we'll give him an honorary mention for that.

    Please note that July was announced as a duos only round, but now will just be a normal round. Duos are still welcome, but not mandatory. Also since we are now on your 6th month I have added pages where each month can be viewed individually.

    Thanks for the entries everyone! Also thanks to Tolsimir for the great logo and once again winning with a duo :kumbasgreen:

    Yeah, was very hard to pick a winner. I went with Kaboom in the end since imo it had the better ride and while it's details were a little more subtle I think a little more went into them. Thought luck for dlh, just missing NE Design with this and not winning a micro contest with it. I ended up being the only judge to have it #1 and oddly enough all the other judges scores were identical.

    La Valle was awesome. I think it's the first time I have seen something look Xcoaster'ish that was not made by him. Both rides were really cool. The shops were great and the frozen staff was used to great effect. Really great work guys. I am happy to see you win and I really think this and Kaboom are the two best entries we have had :)

    What about it?

    This was really a two horse race... against 3 Donkeys. Your entry was pretty weak, tho I did like the restroom named the Loo. Mont Cervin was a disappointment, just no themeing and the layout was meh. I expected a lot more when I saw those two names on the entry. Chocotopian took a step backwards from last week when a had a very nice entry. Just kinda ugly with those colors and gardens everywhere.
