I thought we got rid of the failed submissions thing or as it now is known "honorable mention." I would rather release a failed park on my own.

Whether they're released as honorable mentions (the best title ever, btw), is up to the discretion of the parkmaker. You get the plus of easy hosting and a front page release, but the minus of not being able to introduce it with pity, sorrow, explanations, apologies, screens, etc. Granted, you can always add that later.

cocoa, after telling the creators that unfortunately their submissions did not win we asked them if they'd like to see it posted as an honorable mention instead. not everyone agrees to that, as they might want to try another rct site to win an accolade, but most of them do.

I'd go along with it being a plus, unless you do want to submit for a release elsewhere.

This was OK. Some of the buildings were neat but most were pretty drab and boring. The layout wasn't that good either and it didn't hold my attention for very long. The building with the green roofs was good though.
