i personally really don't ge the whole project. it doesn't really make sense to build such small parks.
Mainly to try something different, to get away from the norm and see how many different people approach it. For me(in the first project rev), it was the experience of learning how to manage space better. Many people don't know what to do with space, but my opinion is that if you start small, and work your way to bigger maps, that your understanding of space will be much better. The same principle applies to the game of go: beginners start out with a 9x9 board, and once they understand the basics in such a simple environment, they can more easily apply it to the larger board size of 19x19. In my micro parks from the first revolution, i had to rotate entrances and exits and plan queues, paths, and coaster tracks very carefully in order to not only get it to fit, but to get it to look nice at the same time. As they say, neccessity is our greatest teacher.
Similarly, in real life, many architects like having restrictions put on them (i.e. lot size, lot shape, setbacks, land elevation, height limits) instead of building on a blank pallette. It gives them something to go off of and provides a greater challenge.
I think all the parks were awesome...ok...well...most of them...i really like JKay's, X sector's, Corky's, Beejer's, and Gutterflower's...but i also sorta like Balmora by Anolis. not the best achy, but it does have a nice pleasent atmosphere. I also really liked Mudbloods too...
Does anyone have a link to download the benches, preferably for RCT2?
I tried the links in the original Revolution Project 2 thread, but they do not work...
The late reply. Does anyone have the micro-park scenario for RCTLL? In the midst of buying the new computer and re-installing RCTLL, the thought of missing the micro-park scenario never crossed my mind.

Thank you! And thanks to hobbes for organizing pictures for all of them! I wasn't too impressed with the number ones from what I saw. My personal RCT2 favorite was Mudblood's. Great composition, coaster layout and landscaping (judging by the screen). Architecture needs work, but then we all have skills that need improvment.
I've updated with screens from the first Project Revolution. Yeah, I had alot of spare time.
Sorry if there's a long wait for all the images. I divided it up by about 5 parks, but it'll still take awhile on dial up. Not as long as the downloads though.

That's the one I posted, and it still works. I believe this was the bench used for the contest, just hosted on Gutteflower's server.
