I can understand Iris's choice, but i'm obviously going to have to be more forceful with my opinions next time
I dont know about you helping iris pick the Spotlight...... thats sorta scary . Not anything personal, its just your preferred style tends to differ a lot from the par of most other peoples', making your judging on the subject seem a little unfair to me.......... But whatever. It doesent really matter.

I'll be interested in seeing the runner-ups for this one......

At one corner, where there is a lot of water, there are a row of shops and restaurants that line the waterfront. This was part of the Lake Terrace Shopping area. Had you seen the other six maps, you'd understand. From one part of this, the entrance to the park stands. The actual park features a very small entrance plaza area. It's only that little part that goes in a bit, then turns to the left in an L shape, and then leads guests toward the "hub" where they can choose to turn left, which will lead them to Lake Como and Emerald Glen, or turn right, which will take them to Oregon Country.

That's why the "entrance area" as a lot of you seem to be calling it (which is really part of a separate entity... it's a shopping area outside of the park) seems so off. The actual park takes up only about 80% of the map.
Speaking of Lake Terrace, are ever gonna release that? And the thing with Solar Blast? I would love to see it, even unfinsihed.

I've agreed with iris on all of the spotlights bar a couple, this one included. I don't mind this decision however - maybe it should have been a 'dual' spotlight

And it's not unfair - it's actually more fair to the people that don't usually get a look in. Anyway, iris tends to ignore my ramblings anyway so I have to agree.

This is probably the first of all of the spotlights that I didn't agree with. I even thought Snow Drop was the right pick, considering I didn't like the park at all. But back on topic.

It's not really a surprise to me that I don't like the park. I never really liked any of Corky's parks. He's got great ideas and I like the architecture for the most part, but the things that really bugs me are the coasters. I guess they are way too crazy for my liking. They seem to stick out like a sore thumb and it really detracts from the rest of the park.

I thought that Reign of Terror was the better park this round. But then again all of this is my opinion, and mine isn't the one (or two) that matters.

Its..............different. I don't really like the style, but the coasters are really cool and the architecture is pretty cool.

I like your RCT2 work much better, and hope that you can win spotlight there, but no doubts at all.

Well, great job on earning spotlight, but not my kind of park. Good job, though. It was quite nice.

Love it! Great architecture, love how the paths go on the roofs of buildings, absolutely awesome woodie, etc etc etc. The coasters are a tad on the wild side, but still within the realms of realistic fantasy park.

Though the park was weak in some areas, the entrance's architecture was breathtaking. It completely envoloped the area in multiple layers, definantely is one of the best entrances I've ever seen.

I Liked the park in some areas and not in others..........
The invert was great and i loved the supports on some of the rides

defintely deserved instead of the runner ups

where am i? oh yes, this is the Topic for the last spotlight. So why arnt people talking about Meadowbrooke falls? I guess everything has been said about the park that needs to be said. but for the sake of actuly getting a third page, i will post my three cents..

The park was on a whole, not one of my favorite spotlights. It had its moments. The custom supports were awsome on all the rides, and the swashbucklers cove had some nice coloring. But what was that red white and blue coaster doing there? I'm sorry, but i wouldn't ride that coaster. All and all, the park was exelent, but just not quite spotlight worthy imo. Im sorry to say it.
