That castle was amazing. Those spiral staircases are unfair, as well as the trick where all u see is the top of that tropical tree.
Your Sunshine Underground area is so inspiring. From any angle, zoomed in, zoomed out. The use of glass, color, track, etc are amazing...I particular enjoyed your use of water.
The dueling coasters were pretty good, but the theming was even more incredible.
@ Posix:
I liked the Aztec area, great ride, nice architecture. Your other area looked plain and bare though, and I honestly don't see what was soooo amazing about the woodie. It was pretty good, it was simple enough, and I liked the landscaping, but I wouldn't say best ever.
Overall, I loved this park, and X is one of my new favorites...he goes into the Mantis/Ed category.

Nice to see parks still being made in LL, and a wonderful park it was. I was impressed with the rides and everything else. Great thing to look at after not opening rct in a long time.
Great job, and congrats.

Terranus was the perfect horror themed area. I find that most parmakers over do the scenery and lose the eerie atmosphere with too much clutter, but Terranus had a great spine chilling atmosphere. Not to mention the fact that Rigor Mortis is probably my favourite wooden coaster. It had everything a wooden coaster should have, fast corners, lots of air-time, as well as looking great and fitting in really well with it's surroundings.
The Sunshine Underground was another amazingly detailed area and I still don't really feel I've taken it all in. I really liked 'Asleep From Day', the way they are both synchronised and those cool wooden coaster corners round them - just beautiful. I would have like to have seen the duellers more prominent but all the buildings and scenery were so good I don't blame X for not wanting to cover them up with the coaster . I really liked dream on too, even though it was quite hard to follow. It was a great area, with loads to explore.
Tizoc's Realm was an absolute masterpiece. This will go down as one of my all time favourite themed areas, a brilliant creation. There isn't much to say that hasn't been said already, but one thing that made me smile was the banner at the top of the river ride's main drop. I noticed the banner over the drop and was intrigued to see what message greeted the riders before their 72ft plunge, so rotated the map to see what it said, and saw that it read 'Happyland' - obviously Posix is trying to confuse the riders just before hitting them with the drop . I'd have probably thought any other message would have been really corny and not liked it, but I enjoyed that.
The castle was a great centrepiece to the park, at first I felt all of the windows were a bit OTT but it's really grown on me and now I love it. The spiral staircases were superb and the over hanging walkways look great, it was all really creative. I wish I could make things like that.
Great work Posix and x-sector. It looks like Iris will need to update 'the list' again.

Maybe Iris should take away the spotlight!

No, you're right. The logo sucks. Sorry, but I've been rusty, and I just couldn't come up with anything, even after thinking for half an hour.
It's an awesome park, though, so a bad logo doesn't hurt that muc!

The overall look of a park has to be a union, it has to fit.
I believe though that it is impossible to achieve that when making a collabo park with split areas. I have yet seen a "flowing" collabo park, except for some old RRP & ipark work maybe.
The other problem was that the park had been in the making for almost a year so x-sector's and my style had changed alot over time. See, I first did Tizoc's Realm, then Raindrop Riviera and then Terranus
Why didn't we mix? I can't really think of a reason honestly. I guess when we started the park it wasn't in fashion to mix both styles together.
Please don't think I'd only try to come up with excuses. I just thought that you again had a very good point and felt like giving some reasoning.

Redrock Village was my 2nd favorite area. The use of colors was excellent, and the fountain made for a good centerpiece of the section. Although the Cheetah Carousel cage was a good idea, it seemed very technical and awkward for the section. The jungle drum music really helped to enhance the area, but I think there should have been music throughout the section- it really helped the atmosphere. Nice maze.
Tizoc's Realm... my first thought was "WOW", but after I finished viewing it, I was let down. The entrance to the section at either end was very nice, but it just became bland after a while. Stone of Tizoc was an excellent ride, but there didn't seem to be much of a scheme to it. I think the biggest drop belongs at the end of the ride. Atlava's Waters was wonderful- the atmosphere in that part of the 'Realm was great.
Sunshine Underground- Very cool and energetic! The coloring was perfect, the detail was awesome, and the music was very energizing (energy is the key word for this area!). Under the Influence was awesome- the beginning volcano blast was great, and the trains shooting out of the ground and into the loops was one of my favorite parts. It was a little short though. Best section of the park.
Terranus had a very nice haunted feel, but it just seemed a little too bright to me... and its barrenness was almost too much. Rigor Mortis was awesome, but it wouldn't be in my top ten. Overall, there was a nice, empty, hollow atmosphere, but I believe your work in RR was much nicer than either of your sections here.
Castle Audrix was nice... good detail; some great ideas. It wasn't really awesome, though; it got a little repetitive, but it made for a nice centerpiece.
I really enjoyed viewing the park... it wasn't one of the very best, but it is still very good. I have to agree with Phatage, but not to so much of an extent. I think a mix of your two styles would be interesting, because they are so different, but you two produced an excellent park that is very worthy of Spotlight! I'm looking forward to both of your future works.

The Sunshine Underground is a kind of chilled out slightly oriental-sounding track which is most peoples' favourite on the album (well, mine and X's anyway...)
All the other names are tracks from the album.

First off let me say this was an awesome park, very glad it was LL. My RCT2 doesn't work at all anymore
Anyway Redrock Village. This area as far as I can see was perfect. This is the kind of parkmaking that I wish I could do, it's just plain awesome. I can't think of anything bad to say. X, will you be my friend?
With Terranus I tend to agree with nate, it's a bit empty. I do however love the simplicity of the station. I suppose the area does bring across a dark atmosphere though and the coaster was brilliant.
Sunshine Underground is another awesome area, the landscaping is top notch. Under The Influence fits in with the area perfectly. Rather odd use of toilets though Very well done area, really enjoyed it! Pity you left two pieces of track behind a building though
Tizoc's Realm is the Posix I know and love. How do you get away with using one wall texture and make it looks so good. I struggled with 2. This is the sort of thing that if I even tried it i'd just get laughed at, it's so simple but still amazing. The Stone Of Tizoc is something else, really well made and fits the area perfectly. Very well done.
Castle Audrix was another great addition to the park, the detail was incredible. I did however begin to get a little bored of the castle walls and windows. I also found the trees in the turrets rather odd. Archery was a nice touch and well done.
Odd colour choices for the Underground Shuttle.
Overall i'd say my favourite area is probably Redrock Village, it just so well done.
Very well done to both of you on a well deserved spotlight!
I think this is the longest post i've ever made....
I'm not very good at these review mobob's but I enjoyed writing it and having a closer look at the park. Hopefully this could be the start of a new me or maybe it's just the bacon....
