Description
When NE’s Pro Tour was announced, I was ecstatic to find out architecture would be included in the qualifying rounds. And after 10 days of grueling construction, the Imperial Riyadh Resort was complete and sent in. A few days later it was announced the winner of the first qualifying round in the Pro Tour. This was by far my largest piece of architecture and the most time consuming, too. Luckily, it edged by to gain me a coveted spot in the New Element Pro Tour.

I await your entry VooDoo, but scared I am not.
To be serious, I really am using this as good practice. I'll do 3 or 4 of these things.
My rapids ride is 70% done btw.
HA!

Although I'm really starting to get pissed off that nothing here is done democratically.
Damn you all.

Doc, are you referring to the fact that hierarchy of this site gaining all of the special honours and duties as well as being able to post anything they wish without being flamed for it. If so, I agree. (No offence everyone)

Thankyou.
p.s. You may be wondering why I am using proper English my posts now. This is to prove I am now more mature.

I don't quite see where the complaining is coming from, iris hasn't done anything wrong... and (if I'm correct) I don't think iris is the only judge here. Until something goes drastically wrong, I don't see how the way things are going is a bad thing.
And, that's an incorrect generalization that "nothing" is democratic; the NE Invitational is member-voted... Survivor is member-voted, etc. Hi-Rollers was not based on iris's opinion alone, there was the whole panel of judges... If we relied on member-votes for Spotlight, it would end up in disaster like the VPotM at RCT2.com... controversy is cool and all, but that was just pathetic...
Furthermore, iris never has said his lists or Spotlight choices were 100% fact, no questions asked. It is HIS personal perception on things, nothing more or less. It should be taken as just that.

Like I say, there's nothing wrong with experimentation. Why not give members a try at voting for Spotlight. I seriously doubt we'd make a drastically bad choice.
