Description
When NE’s Pro Tour was announced, I was ecstatic to find out architecture would be included in the qualifying rounds. And after 10 days of grueling construction, the Imperial Riyadh Resort was complete and sent in. A few days later it was announced the winner of the first qualifying round in the Pro Tour. This was by far my largest piece of architecture and the most time consuming, too. Luckily, it edged by to gain me a coveted spot in the New Element Pro Tour.

Well i'm filling a 50 by 50 map for the hotel but i'm uncluding a couple rides and such supporting it. Would that be allowed??? I mean the hotel WILL COVER AT LEAST 1/4 of the map, and the map is new for the hotel. There is just a coaster a some flats attached as a "resort". Is this okay? or must i kill the rides?
I must have missed somethin because I didnt pic up on anything about if we are going to have blanks for the contests or if its just suppose to be a specific size.
YOU CAN USE ANY WORKBENCH YOU WANT
And ride6 - it's not uncommon to have rides at hotels (at least in RCT anyway) so I assume that's ok. As long as it's an integral part of the hotel, I guess.
But i'm not the one running it.
I think the easiest person to theme a coaster to would be Fatha', cos he's from a film etc, but i'm looking forward to seeing some really creative entries.
IMO, a non-NE parkmaker will get MORE recognition for doing well in this if they place high in the actual competition against parkmakers, on top of having to "prove" themselves to iris...
Metro
Anybody planning to enter the rapids competition, give up now.
Beware.
Oh and BTW, I asked Iris about posting pics, he said you cant for the qualifying section, but he's not sure about the actual main part yet.
Aside from this competition, I can't really think of any time when parkmakers have had a great advantage over everyone else aside from the possible 'fame'. And I think a lot of the time parkmakers get less constructive criticism than non-parkmakers do.
And this isn't a democracy, it's a dictatorship
Stop being arrogant. *slaps Voodoo*
